Feds try to buy their way in to Brown’s

This morning we received a head's up call from a friend, letting us know about the feds' latest games:

Last week we ordered a few loads of fill for our yard. The driver brought up 3 loads, but never came back to deliver the last 2; we heard no word from him. Today we learned why.

Apparently the feds stopped him and wanted him to allow them to hide inside his truck when he came here, and they would then jump out and tazer Ed when he went over to the truck to pay the man. The driver refused to do this. The feds then proceeded to go to his house several times, trying to get him to agree. They asked him how much money it would take for him to agree. God bless this man - he refused to have any part in this deception. It's good to know there are still many good and brave patriots.

Judge Orders a Web Site Selling Tax-Evasion Advice to Close

A Web site that sells materials stating that individuals can legally stop paying taxes has been shut on the order of a federal judge.

Judge Thomas J. McAvoy, a senior judge in the Northern District of New York who issued the order on Aug. 9, wrote that the First Amendment did not protect the two organizations that operate the Web site, or their founder, because the site incited criminal conduct. Judge McAvoy ruled that some people who went to the Web site stopped paying taxes, causing the government harm.

Judge McAvoy also ordered that the names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and Social Security numbers of every person who received materials on how to stop paying taxes be turned over to the government.

This information would make it easy for the Internal Revenue Service to identify people who followed the illegal advice and for the Justice Department to prosecute them for tax crimes.

The civil court order is one of at least 245 permanent injunctions obtained by federal prospectors that prohibit individuals and organizations that deny the legitimacy of the tax laws or who sell tax evasion schemes from marketing their wares.

Robert L. Schulz of Queensbury, N.Y., the founder of both organizations behind the Web site — the We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education and the We The People Congress — posted the court order at the Web site givemeliberty.org, and closed the rest of the site even though he said yesterday that the order did not specify that he do so. He also said he had filed an appeal with the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Read more here.

People Get Ready There's a False Flag Coming

Yes folks, it's that time again. If I was talking about the holiday season we'd be thinking about pumpkins and turkeys and holiday lights; Christmas shopping, school pageants and "chestnuts roasting on an open fire". But I'm not talking about the holiday season. I'm talking about the next terror attack. It won't be sugar plums dancing but the new booga booga bin laden dancing by way of Iran. It's time for 'Go west, young terrorist, go west.'

You've seen dozens of reports like this one appearing all over the official, mass-terror media. These reports are appearing for several reasons. One is to let you know that we know the "terrorists" are coming. We also need to let you know that even though we know they're coming we won't be able to stop them; the actual reason being that the actual terrorists are employed by the U.S. government. Another reason is simple confusion as exemplified in the motto of one of the chief terror players, "by way of deception, thou shalt do war." It's a given that deception is greatly aided by confusion. Think how helpful it was for war games to have been in progress during 9/11 that were simulating exactly what was happening.

We're seeing the strange 'put options' which are always a good indicator that both fan and shit are being readied back stage. We've got suspicious looking Middle Eastern men appearing in Seattle and flocks of geese walking over America's grave in The Bay Area,...enough with the links. We got links and you can get links too if your ipod dies or for some inexplicable reason you decide to pay attention to what's going on around you.

By this time most of us know that if it isn't the American neo-cons along with Israeli and British intelligence orchestrating the majority of all terror, domestic and abroad; including within Iraq, then its either aliens from outer space or those mysterious, inner earth dwellers, whose access ports to their underground realms are located at the poles.

Maybe the use of a little logic might help right about now. Who benefits from a major terror attack? Who has benefited from 9/11? Would Iran benefit from the coming terror attack that is going to be blamed on them? Hmmm... let's see. They become the beneficiary of a horrific bombing attack from a collective American, British and Israeli joint operation. Yeah, I guess they're really looking forward to that. Yeah, if I were an Iranian that would be at the top of my list of things to do; let's blow up something in America so that we can be pulverized into rubble.

How did the Afghani "al-Qaeda" do following 9/11? They made out like bandits right? Let's see, a bunch of guys, who couldn't fly small planes very well, got together and hi-jacked four big airliners and did some synchronized aerial ballet that would try the abilities of an expert and then they won the Power-ball Lottery or... or...

American neo-cons got a mandate to wreak havoc upon every area of American life while looting the treasury and maintaining power over the landscape; war profiteers in London, in the center of world banking, made fortunes and Israel was able to turn world opinion against the Muslim, Arab world; turn public attention away from their apartheid and genocide practiced on The Palestinians and give free reign to unrestrained hegemony, not to mention attack Lebanon.

I know what my common sense tells me but then, I have common sense.

Sometimes I wonder why the IRS still bothers to pretend that what
it does is administering the law. Off hand, I can't think of ANY
law or procedure which I HAVEN'T seen the IRS blatantly ignore.
Here are just a few of the things the IRS has done wrong, just in
the cases I'm personally familiar with (and this is just off the
top of my head):

Failure to give Examinations meeting (26 CFR 601.105)
Failure to give Appeals meeting (26 CFR 601.106)
Failure to give Collections Due Process hearing (26 USC 6330)
Refusal to allow recording of meetings (26 USC 7521) (Even the Tax
Court chastised them for that one.)
Demands for sums known to be grossly inaccurate (aside from the
question of what income is taxable) (26 USC 7214)
Repeated use of the outlawed "tax protestor" term (Section 3707,
RRA 1998) (Even TIGTA reports that this is still happening every
year.)
Failure to comply with Freedom Of Information Act (5 USC 552)
Making assessments not conforming to the law (26 USC 6203)
Executing levies without giving notice (26 USC 6331)
Outright refusal to process claims for refund (26 CFR 601.105)

The list goes on and on. Take, for example, a few of the things
done by the IRS bureaucrat currently on my case (Mr. Ted
Tsarouchis). For those who don't know, in order to avoid extra
YEARS of imprisonment, Tessa and I filed back returns prior to my
sentencing, falsely reporting our income as if it were taxable
(when we know it isn't). Having paid off most of the hefty alleged
liabilities (by mortgaging our house to the max), I then applied
for an "installment agreement" with the IRS to pay off the rest.

Casey said that Sheldon's failure to "show the law" to Aaron Russo marked "the death of the IRS" in America. I don't have Casey's exact words, but he said something to the effect: "It was as if Aaron was there shining the light from cross of truth on the face of evil itself and all that face of evil could do is shrink away into the darkness."

Henry Nicolle was our third guest on the show. Henry was/is the California coordinator for the "independent" America: Freedom To Fascism volunteer network. Henry is a very eloquent individual and he did a great job praising Aaron and his "never give up" spirit and energy to support and advance the cause of freedom and liberty in America.

Local Troops Deploy To Nation's Capital

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Members of the 1st Battalion 265 Air Defense Artillery have mobilized and are on a plane headed first to Ft. Bliss, then for federal active duty in the capital region.

The troops will be deployed for a year.

"It's going to be all right It's OK if he helps people and everything, and it's his job. He’s got to do it. He just got to do it," Jessica Ward said, whose father is being deployed.

Jessica speaks for many when she talks about her father's deployment.

Michael Ward and company are leaving for a year, and that weighs heavy on families.

The 265th is part of Operation Noble Eagle.

They are ordered by the president to the nation's capital, where they will operate high-tech weapons systems against any potential air threat. Read more here.

Homeland Security Responds to Helicopter Harassment at Brown's Private Picnic

On Saturday, July 14, a Department of Homeland Security Helicopter hovered over the home of Ed and Elaine Brown for over four hours, skimming the tree tops and beeping its on-board siren at a crowd of over 200 people who had assembled there to enjoy a barbecue picnic and concert with the Browns.

Ron Paul Wins Washington Straw Poll

ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA – Representative Ron Paul won the South Sound Ronald Reagan Republican Club's straw poll last night in Snohomish County, Washington. Dr. Paul received 30 percent of the vote, beating out Fred Thompson who garnered 27 percent.

Coupled convicted of crime that DOESN'T EXIST

A New Hampshire Couple was convicted by an illegal federal court in Concord NH, of not paying a direct tax on their labor. Ed and Elaine Brown walked out of the illegitimate court after not being allowed to introduce evidence in their defense. The Couple was cut off by the court every time they tried to bring the truth to their fellow Americans on the jury, just as Irwin Schiff was his denied due process in his 2005 trial. Irwin is now rotting in prison for a non-crime. The tyrant has now forced the Brown's hand to protect the truth, their property, and their liberty with their second amendment right. They are left no choice. If a person believes all trials are conducted in a fair and impartial manner in this country, they are sadly mistaken, and probably have never been through a court trial acting Pro Se.

Not all the media are biased. A local newspaper in New Hampshire reported on an annual GOP bbq in the town of Hollis. It could be called "the Ron Paul show," they said, since the far bigger crowd that usual consisted mostly of our supporters. One volunteer even rented an airplane and flew a wonderful sign around the sky. What great, creative, self-starting people I'm meeting, at every stop, all of them united by a love of America and American freedom.

Politics is usually about division. But this campaign is just the opposite. Not only are our volunteers a bunch of happy warriors, but they also practice the virtues of tolerance and peace, just as they want the nation to do.

Larken Rose Comments On Tom Cryer

I just finished reading the trial transcripts of the case of Tommy Cryer, the Louisiana lawyer recently ACQUITTED of "willful failure to file." I only have a few comments about it:

1) First, the judge at his trial was both extremely obnoxious and an idiot. (Well, maybe he was intentionally lying instead, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he was merely an idiot.) Aside from being excessively rude and condescending towards Larry Becraft, Mr. Cryer's attorney, as Mr. Cryer was testifying about his beliefs, the judge kept completely mischaracterizing them as beliefs that the tax laws are invalid or unconstitutional, which anyone paying attention could see that Mr. Cryer was NOT at all saying.

The Matrix–Ron Paul connection is a perfect fit. In The Matrix (in case you live in a duct tape and plastic enrobed house without outside communication), Neo (Keanu Reeves) is given a choice by Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) to take the blue pill, wake up in your bed "and believe whatever you want to believe," or, take the red pill and "stay in Wonderland and [see] how deep the rabbit hole goes." The Matrix, as Morpheus explains to Neo, is a computer generated program or "dreamworld" created by artificial intelligence (machines) to keep humanity under control and to use humans as its primary power source. As the story goes, Neo swallows the red pill, battles the nefarious Matrix Agents, and fulfills his destiny as "the one," which was to destroy the Matrix and save humanity. Got A Call From The Concord Monitor

Yesterday we received a call from Margo Sangor Katz who works for the Concord Monitor. She said they are working on another article on the Browns - something about the type of people who have supported them in the past versus the people who are supporting them now. The local media pieces have seemed to take a much darker turn against the Browns lately. Elaine was commenting on this on the RBN show yesterday. We have documented on this blog the fact that, at least with the Union Leader, the positive comments we've tried to post in support of the Browns are not being published on the net.

David Snyder (WTP Congress Oregon) Will Be Our Guest With Ed & Elaine On RBN Today

Three Days in NH With Ron Paul

This is a recap of Ron's trip to NH this weekend, his fourth visit.

On Saturday we started out with the Londonderry Old Home Day Parade, and an all-day booth with the local GOP where literature and signs were being distributed.

Meanwhile those of us who attended the Strafford picnic heard one of Ron's best (in my opinion) encapsulated speeches ever. After taking the straw poll there, Ron continued on to the Pro-Gun NH reception in Concord where he was honored by being given an honorary life membership.

The drive towards Birmingham was relatively uneventful, except that I passed a small caravan of Ron Paul supporters, presumably driving from Athens or Huntsville. It was hard to tell where they came from based on their vehicle tags, as they represented a lot of north Alabama counties. Of course, I honked and gave them a thumbs up; they honked and waved in return.

NBC News Reports On Ron Paul Victory In Alabama

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- The 2008 presidential election already has people choosing sides and candidates.

On Saturday, the Alabama Republican Assembly tried to get a sense of which conservative candidate Alabamians are supporting most by holding an informal straw poll at the Bryant Conference Center.

Out of 266 ballots cast, it was Texas Congressman Ron Paul by an overwhelming majority, with former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney in a distant second.

TUSCALOOSA (FMLiveWire) -- Congressman Ron Paul has just swept two straw polls, and won the West Alabama Republican Assembly 2007 Presidential Preference Straw Poll on August 18 with 81% of the votes.

Ron Paul Also Wins Big in New Hampshire

Ron Paul received 216 votes for a commanding first-place finish in a straw poll today sponsored by the West Alabama Republican Assembly. Mitt Romney came in second with 14 votes.

He also won big in New Hampshire this afternoon.

Dr. Paul received 208 votes (73%) for a landslide victory against Mitt Romney today at the Strafford County, New Hampshire straw poll. Romney received 26 votes. Mike Huckabee came in third with 20 votes.

2nd tier candidate moves up to 1st tier, but is ignored

Remember that I predicted here that media minions of the one world Council on Foreign Relations would be ignoring or misrepresenting the one Candidate what was against one worldism. Well look who's winning the straw polls and are the Media broadcasting it? Only as one liners, discredited, and hidden under praise for other Candidates. Also Ron Paul is consistently drawing 2 to 3 times the crowds (the real index of support) that the "Big" candidates are drawing -- whether Republican OR Democrat.

Also caught on video (but little reported) at the IL straw poll was Romney's Illinois chairman, state Sen. Dan Rutherford (R-Chenoa), ripping a sign out of one Paul supporter's hands And then throwing it on the ground and standing on it, as Ron Paul supporters stand around him pointing out how idiotic he's acting. I saw the video and Ron Paul fans were behaving remarkably well but the Chicago Tribune reported it making the Ron Paul fans the idiots.

Ilinois Straw Poll August 16, 2007: A Revolutionary Turnout For Ron Paul!

This is an incredibly inspiring video, especially coming from the heartland of American in my homestate of Illinois, "The Land of Lincoln". I am so proud of these guys for their heart, soul, energy and enthusiasm. The Ron Paul Revolution of Freedom and Liberty is alive and well here in the 89th Longitude West which splits right through the heart of Illinois and is where Springfield is located. Springfield is exactly 89 miles from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. If you have a heart and a soul you will be deeply moved by the recording of the incident at the end of the video in which the leader of Mitt Romney Illinois campaign forcefully removes a Ron Paul sign from a Ron Paul supporter and steps on it. There a higher power that will prevail in this revolution and it's spelled with five (5) letters: T R U T H. Hat Tip to AlpineJones, the creator of this video, who wrote:

Today, there is a brave couple in New Hampshire who are under siege. Their names are Ed and Elaine Brown. They have already lost their businesses to the feds for refusing to give them their protection money. They had a trail but were not allowed to present their defenses to a jury, therefore they stayed away from the courthouse and were found guilty in absentia. Now their housee is under constant surveillance by federal agents. They are trapped in their home and awaiting the next move from the feds. They are ready to die. These people have done nothing to harm another, nor did they steal the private property of another. They just wanted to keep the money they earned honestly. They just wanted to present one of a variety of defenses during their trail. They just wanted to be shown a law that said they were required to pay income taxes. They were not allowed to do any of those reasonable things. They should simply be left alone.
