Well I guess that pretty much sums it up. What are we going to do about it?

Our Constitutional Republic is LONG gone because the adult American populace generally does nothing about things like this.

The very few that do usually wind up in prison...or dead.

Lots of things can be done short of violence. If even hundreds of thousands (not millions) of people boycotted the Fed Govt, the Gestapo could not possibly put them all in prison. But there's no organizing mechanism to get hundreds of thousands of folks to participate.

I've said it before on this site, and I'll say it again now: a website is needed, the sole purpose of same being a central forum to coordinate and implement action items on a massive scale. These things need coordination, timing, and communication.

As good as this website (Questforfairtrial...) is, its purpose is not what I stated above. The same is true for all the other websites similar to this one.

If I weren't a techno-idiot (and dirt poor), I'd set up the necessary site myself...and promote it far and wide.

Someone needs to step up to the plate.

There are a lot more options than just "pick up a rifle" or "do nothing".

Sincerely,
Scott

Oooops...didn't mean to have my blog site on that comment twice.

Come on, people, can't you see that what we're lacking is ORGANIZATION?! To organize, we need a PLACE in which to do that.

Those of you who are expecting some sort of spontaneous revolt---peaceful or otherwise---forget it. It won't happen spontaneously.
It must be coordinated, organized, and timed. This isn't 1775.

p.s. I suggest to all to research the "Posse" movement of the '70s & '80s (& somewhat the '90s)---in order to learn from their mistakes. It was also referred to at times as the "common law movement".

I agree with you totally Scott.... it's exactly what we need and why we aren't making more headway than we are....I've been listening to Alex Jones for about 9 months now... And if anyone could do it would be him! I really don't understand why he hasn't stepped up to the plate! He does a wonderful job and has a massive following, but there comes a point where all this becomes Same Chit ~ Different Day, and you start losing momentum!

it doesn't seem any real action will be taken until it is almost too late.

what Alex Jones said recently about the NWO, about separating families, labor camps, Pastors trying persuade
us to follow Romans 13, gang members and retards recruited as soldiers.

Is he serious or just trying to attract attention to his site to sell more dvd's.

If this happens, what is the rest of the world doing, I know people in other parts of the world and they are just going about their lives.

It is hard to believe Bush will call martial law and they will be able to control 300 million Americans, many of which are armed, especially if they try to control us overtly.

Then what will happen the same thing in Europe and Asia?- that would be some coordinated effort.

Something is going on, just not sure how far it will go, maybe people thought the same thing before Nazism and did nothing.

ok scott...

we the people foundation set up a website to do exactly this and the government has now successfully - at least for the time being - shut them down.

I agree with you. A central site/source is needed. I think we the people of america and the world are in the process of "receiving" from our creator what this is.

stay tuned...

To All who replied---

Thank you. I was beginning to think that we were all caught up in our own individual, less-than-the-Big-Picture issues.

Some observations---

1. The Liberty Movement IS losing momentum. I say that in full recognition of all the positive and good things that have taken place thus far. We need a "Liberty Central" site quickly.

2. Under Martial Law the Establishment WILL be able to control 300 million people...at least, for a long, long time.

3. To FF--- that potentially is great news. My hope is that whatever is coming won't have a narrow focus, which might turn off many of us who love Freedom. [By the way, please hurry...I'm an old man and have been engaged in this battle since 1964.]

4. In spite of any faults, Bob Schulz should be commended. It is now blatantly obvious that the Bill of Rights virtually has been trashed...in this case, particularly the First Amendment.

5. "You can't win a fixed game" is exactly correct. Nevertheless, the efforts of Schulz, et.al. did produce a good deal of awareness of the problem.

6. The only thing I didn't like about the We the People (Schulz) effort is that it was a bit too much "command-and-control". If you want people to participate on a massive scale, then don't TELL them what the action will be...instead, ask them for suggestions, discuss, narrow the list, and then VOTE on what actions individuals should take. If not "vote", at least get some sort of wide consensus as to what should be done.

Then coordinate and time the action. Make it something that individuals can do on their own, without having to travel to DC, or somewhere else. Repeat, with other actions.

7. This is not just about the Income Tax. Or the Fed Reserve System. It is more generally about UNALIENABLE rights (independent of ANY Govt), individual sovereignty, and our Constitutional Republic.

8. We have tried to change the system by remaining within the bounds of the system for at least 43 years---it hasn't worked. We have failed in that approach. "You can't win a fixed game".

9. It seems to me that there are only two or three options left:
a) armed revolt (which is a REALLY bad idea...and would be thoroughly and brutally crushed...and would convince the uninformed that we are all crazy);
b) civil disobedience (individually) on a massive scale;
c) secession (not likely to succeed anywhere anytime soon).
[Note: Vermont has a very active secessionist movement, with about 64,000 people involved.]

10. In my opinion, civil disobedience is the only reasonable option. Believe it or not, that takes as much (or more) courage as does "picking up a rifle".

So, to reiterate...it seems to me that we are in DIRE need of a central place (website is the only practical choice) where we can propose, discuss, come to a consensus, coordinate, time, and implement significant actions. Without that, we're just floundering around...preaching to the choir.

p.s. As strange as Ray can be at times, you have to give him his due---he has the right idea: boycott.

To FF--- make sure we know when whatever is coming arrives that it is a "Liberty Central" site...or process...or whatever. Thanks.

the NWO will Never work, the human spirit for freedom will Never bow down

if the NWO wants what Alex Jones describes that will especially not work

I also don't see signs in Europe and Asia that they are preparing to do this, their currencies are strong and there are no plans for a terrorist attack on their own people

To Jeremy:

The European Union (EU) is a big part of the NWO. The EU is not yet fully implemented, but is well on its way to being so.

The UK is presently discussing approval of the EU Treaty, and resisting some of its clauses. It appears that the British are not so keen about living under regulations formulated in Brussels (I think that's where the main EU governmental body resides).

There are also plans in the works for an Asian Union, as well as a South and Central American Union.

And of course, we all know about the N. American Union plans.

The goal is to eventually merge all these "Unions" into one global government.

So, yes, I'm afraid that there ARE signs in Europe and Asia. The methods employed are just not as heavy-handed as here in the U.S.

let's say this global government happens, what kind of life will the avg. person have.

Will they still be able to pursue health, wealth, and happiness.

If not, the NWO will not last if its foundation is fear.

RE: "If not, the NWO will not last if its foundation is fear."

I agree...but what's your point? It will last long enough to make most people miserable for a long time.

To Glenn:

There are MANY more options than just "elect Ron Paul" or "go down in flames".

Paul, as a strict Constitutionalist, is a great hero to us all; but he doesn't have a prayer of even getting the nomination, much less winning the election. The Corporatocracy will not allow that to happen.

I appreciate everyone's zeal for Paul and his principles, but it is time to discard the idea that we can change the Establishment by working within their system. The Republi-crat movers & shakers (in and out of politics) control the entire process for the benefit of the Globalist super-rich. Perhaps you'll agree once the primaries are over.

Instead of going down in flames, we need to organize now in order to peacefully combat the Globalists after the primaries. It won't matter which Republi-crat gets elected (Ron Paul will be out of the running by the election); whoever it is, that person will tow the Corporatocracy line.

I don't think the NWO will even get started if it is based on fear. If there is another 9-11 type event, more and more people will not buy into it.

If Ron Paul is not elected, I hope he keeps promoting his message even stronger.

Regardless, we need to organize and take action following a plan.

We need to unite all these websites
and people that go to them.

This has turned into a good discussion and a good starting point for positive action. Thanks for all the thoughtful replies. Historically people will endure extreme oppression before acting to regain their liberty. America is much too comfortable as yet. I don't know what their tolerance for tyranny quotient is either. Our Founders rated very low on this scale. By today's standard their King George was a gentleman to do business with compared to our King George. The flame of liberty doesn't seem to burn as brightly in our hearts these days. Too much free bread and circuses I think. Ron Paul’s candidacy, if nothing else, will be an interesting litmus test of our tolerance quotient. We are being given a chance to vote for liberty. I know how I will choose.
