IRS Commissioner Dodges Income Tax Question

Editor's Note: We appreciate David Cay Johnston's (DCJ) act of asking this question. For the record, back in the summer of 2003 David Champion had challenged DCJ to debate Larken Rose. Many individuals, including this author, were in communication with DCJ over that summer trying to encourage him to debate Larken Rose and/or ask our servant government "what won't they respond to our questions" etc. This challenge - and the drama behind it - became an open internet discussion which was shared with thousands of people all over the world. We believe this activity worked to nudge DCJ to ask this very important question.
