Ron Paul Should Win New Hampshire - Latest Poll Suggests
Washington D.C. 6/29/2007 2:43 PM GMT (TransWorldNews)Late last year when the presidential campaigns started, George Bush had a 36% approval rating in the state of New Hampshire according to American Research Group. But the latest American Research Group poll shows the approval rating for the President dipping down to 14%.
USAElectionPolls.com suggests the reason for George Bush's low ratings to be because of the presidential campaign. "Approval ratings for George Bush have been dipping in New Hampshire because voters are being exposed to candidates from both political parties that have criticized the president."

Lee Rogers: Very good. Move on to the IRS. I know you have come out staunchly opposed to the IRS…you want to abolish it. And currently there’s a situation in Plainfied NH with Ed and Elaine Brown. And these people are simply asking the government to show them the law that requires them to pay an income tax on their labor. And instead of the government showing them the law they send a bunch of US marshals with guns and urban assault vehicles. And I am wondering what you think this tells us about the IRS and the legality of the income tax?Ron Paul: Well it gives you the perfect reason why you have to get rid of this monster…you know because of what has happened. And a lot of individuals have taken the IRS on and some of them have suffered from it and it sounds like they be on the verge of suffering or already have suffered for….

Ron Paul: Yea…..they…you go to prison. And what they are doing is standing up for the law because the law is the Constitution. Other individuals have done this on the monetary issue. You know that Federal Reserves notes aren’t legal tender. Gold and silver are legal tender….they go and fight this… So you fight it at your own risk. Because it’s civil disobedience according to “their system”. It’s weird that you’re breaking the law when you’re obeying the Constitution. But that’s the point we’re at. So in many ways people who point this out and fight the tax code and fight the monetary system are heroic. I mean I gave a speech on the House floor just recently and called them the true patriots. But I also point out that it’s risky business. And I compare them to people like Gandhi who’s willing to speak out and have ah…and try to bring about change in a peaceful manner. Martin Luther King fought laws that were unfair and unjust. But he suffered, too. But it takes people like that to stand up and talk about these things and point it out instead of us all being zombies and just going along. And ah…it is easier to go along with the system because just the idea…how many times have just about all of us given up our social security number. I mean I give it up. I shouldn’t do it on some of those occasions. But I have a bill in Congress that would emphasize the fact that SS numbers should never be used as an identifier because that’s the law of the land. That’s the way it was started and it’s still in the code. But you know it’s universal….it’s going to be tied to our national ID card which is our drivers license. So it….it takes people ah…like the Browns to stand up and bring this to attention but you know it’s risky business because government is so omnipotent.

Americans oppose the war in Iraq: 67-30, the lowest support level yet.
54% say the war is not morally justified.
44% say the war is going ‘very badly’, a 5% increase in the past 10 weeks, and 46% say it’s getting worse.
63% are calling for troop withdrawals, with 39% calling for them ALL to be withdrawn. In the GOP, 42% support some level of withdrawal.
Two more GOP Senators are bailing already, Voinovich and Lugar, and September’s still two months away.

Mutiny on the Rebellion

We live in a world rife with confusion. Our highest government official is on record as cursing the very Constitution that his own authority to rule comes from. We have agencies (IRS) that print lies in their official literature about the authority they allege to operate under. People are becoming more perturbed over these disturbing events and may eventually find themselves in a mutiny against the rebellion.
What is being rebelled against? Answer: The U. S. Constitution. You know… that “God damn piece of paper” George Bush was complaining about. Another target of the rebels on Capitol Hill is precedence law. That damn precedence law has been getting in the way of the rebellion for generations. It’s that damn Supremacy clause in Article VI. “The Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; … shall be the Supreme Law of the land.” For example, precedence law says that the purpose of the 16th Amendment was, and still is, to “relieve all income taxes when imposed from apportionment from a consideration of the source”. Most folks new to such issues do not realize what that means, so, let’s break down this simple sentence from the 1916 Supreme Court decision in Brushaber v. Union Pacific Railroad. First part: “relieve all income taxes when imposed from apportionment…” The key to understanding this part depends on knowing the meaning of the word “apportionment”. Blacks Law Dictionary says: “Apportionment. n. 1. Division into proportionate shares.” We know according to its definition that to apportion means to divide into equal parts. The rebels in Washington D.C. hate all of this nonsense in Precedence Law, Black’s Law Dictionary and the Constitution. Moving on…
When does apportionment happen? Answer: When Congress votes for it. When is the last time the U.S. Congress voted for it? Answer: During the Civil War. Congress voted to apportion a tax of $20 million during the Civil War. Once the tax was paid by the citizens of the several states back in 1861, it was finished, complete…all done. Until Congress decides to vote again to apportion another direct tax per Article 1 § 2 part 3 and Article 1 § 9 part 4., there is no apportionment, and hence no legal authorization for a tax on our labor. Congress has not voted to apportion a direct tax since 1861. Our government is in rebellion to the highest law in the land by imposing un-apportioned taxes on the labor of U.S. citizens.
Now let’s look at the second part of this high-jacked precedence law:”…from a consideration of the source”. This simply means that the 16th Amendment relieves the taxing authority (U.S. government) from any of the constitutional prohibitions mandated in Article 1 for direct taxes, once apportionment is voted for by the U.S. Congress. So relieving “…from a consideration of the source” means to temporarily remove the Constitutional restrictions stipulated in Article 1 § 2 part 3 and Article 1 § 9 part 4. This, according to our one and only Constitutional Court, prevents the Constitution from contradicting itself, especially in the case of the ”income” tax.
The Bottom Line
So there you have it, the 16 Amendment’s purpose according to the highest law in the land. The IRS, a rebel agency has contempt for our highest law. According to it the IRS cannot use the 16th Amendment as their authority to collect “income” tax on all individuals. They (IRS) are lying to the people. Bottom line, two and a half out of the three branches of our government are in rebellion against their own authority for governing. The only part of our government not in active rebellion is found in the judicial branch, the High Court, which has remained isolated by their predecessors’ decisions. The rulings declared in the Supreme Court’s early decisions have made it extremely difficult for this Constitutional body to be absorbed into the rebellion. But, the ice between the Supreme Court and Congress’s Article III lower court system is getting very thin. The silence between the higher and lower courts could eventually cause the higher court to become complicit/submerged in officialdom’s rebellion. Be careful Judge Roberts, and company, your silence if continued will be your undoing.
In the Beginning
When did the rebellion start? There are a lot of wild theories, but officially the answer can be placed at the very beginning. Our first Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton, corresponded with the money interests in England, and stated on April 30, 1781 in a letter to Robert Morris, superintendent of finance for the Continental Congress:
“A national debt, if it is not excessive, will be a national blessing; a powerful cement of union; a necessity for keeping up taxation, and a spur to industry.”
Hamilton must have “forgotten” about: “Congress shall have the power to coin money, regulate the value thereof; and of foreign coin…” U.S Constitution Article I § 8 part 5 The authority to create money comes exclusively from our Constitution and requires Congressional action. Our first Treasurer advocated debt instead of using the authority granted to the U.S Congress in our Constitution. Hamilton was advocating rebellion from Constitutional authority to create money free from the profits of the manipulating “money trust”. Alexander Hamilton is one of the most prominent patriarchs in this over 200 year rebellion. He used his power and influence for evil purposes.

The Revolution Has Begun
More people are joining this, so far, peaceable revolt to try and stop this ongoing rebellion against our Republic. Officialdom is rebelling against the limits placed on their actions by the Constitution. A particularly repugnant aspect of this rebellion is the anarchists that are currently posing as lower court judges in our U.S. District Courts. For the most part, these judges have become arrogant renegade imposters. They are conducting themselves as juvenile delinquents whose parents have gone on an indefinite vacation. Today’s Supreme Court should be choosing cases for the purpose of correcting these lower court rebels. These “judges” are torturing the U.S. citizenry with their “non servum” I will not serve true authority. It will not go well for the sitting Supreme Court judges if they continue to play the role of the vacationing parent.
Judge Dawson stated in his courtroom that he would not allow the Defendant, Erwin Schiff, to use precedence law as a defense. We know that with the publicity given to that trial, most of the sitting Supreme Court justices know of Dawson’s treason. His remarks are irrefutable evidence that Judge Dawson is a madman. Our Supreme Court Judges all have standing/authority to bring charges against the Hon. Judge Dawson, since he is under their review and has made public his defiance against their authority.
There’s Something Happening over Here

Today “the man with a gun over there”, is more than likely assigned to that post. These assignments are more frequently coming from judicial members of the rebellion. We better stop! Ask, “What’s that sound?”
Our police forces are being militarized under the guise of terrorism. Our rights to travel are being curtailed under the guise of terrorism. Our conversations through internet and telephone are free game for snooping government surveillance, under the guise of terrorism. “… Stop, hey what’s that sound, everybody look what’s going down.”

Another target of the rebels on Capitol Hill is precedence law. That damn precedence law has been getting in the way of the rebellion for generations. It’s that damn Supremacy clause in Article VI. “The Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; … shall be the Supreme Law of the land.” For example, precedence law says that the purpose of the 16th Amendment was, and still is, to “relieve all income taxes when imposed from apportionment from a consideration of the source”. Most folks new to such issues do not realize what that means, so, let’s break down this simple sentence from the 1916 Supreme Court decision in Brushaber v. Union Pacific Railroad. First part: “relieve all income taxes when imposed from apportionment…” The key to understanding this part depends on knowing the meaning of the word “apportionment”. Blacks Law Dictionary says: “Apportionment. n. 1. Division into proportionate shares.” We know according to its definition that to apportion means to divide into equal parts. The rebels in Washington D.C. hate all of this nonsense in Precedence Law, Black’s Law Dictionary and the Constitution. Moving on…
When does apportionment happen? Answer: When Congress votes for it. When is the last time the U.S. Congress voted for it? Answer: During the Civil War. Congress voted to apportion a tax of $20 million during the Civil War. Once the tax was paid by the citizens of the several states back in 1861, it was finished, complete…all done. Until Congress decides to vote again to apportion another direct tax per Article 1 § 2 part 3 and Article 1 § 9 part 4., there is no apportionment, and hence no legal authorization for a tax on our labor. Congress has not voted to apportion a direct tax since 1861. Our government is in rebellion to the highest law in the land by imposing un-apportioned taxes on the labor of U.S. citizens.
Now let’s look at the second part of this high-jacked precedence law:”…from a consideration of the source”. This simply means that the 16th Amendment relieves the taxing authority (U.S. government) from any of the constitutional prohibitions mandated in Article 1 for direct taxes, once apportionment is voted for by the U.S. Congress. So relieving “…from a consideration of the source” means to temporarily remove the Constitutional restrictions stipulated in Article 1 § 2 part 3 and Article 1 § 9 part 4. This, according to our one and only Constitutional Court, prevents the Constitution from contradicting itself, especially in the case of the ”income” tax.
The Bottom Line
So there you have it, the 16 Amendment’s purpose according to the highest law in the land. The IRS, a rebel agency has contempt for our highest law. According to it the IRS cannot use the 16th Amendment as their authority to collect “income” tax on all individuals. They (IRS) are lying to the people. Bottom line, two and a half out of the three branches of our government are in rebellion against their own authority for governing. The only part of our government not in active rebellion is found in the judicial branch, the High Court, which has remained isolated by their predecessors’ decisions. The rulings declared in the Supreme Court’s early decisions have made it extremely difficult for this Constitutional body to be absorbed into the rebellion. But, the ice between the Supreme Court and Congress’s Article III lower court system is getting very thin. The silence between the higher and lower courts could eventually cause the higher court to become complicit/submerged in officialdom’s rebellion. Be careful Judge Roberts, and company, your silence if continued will be your undoing.
In the Beginning
When did the rebellion start? There are a lot of wild theories, but officially the answer can be placed at the very beginning. Our first Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton, corresponded with the money interests in England, and stated on April 30, 1781 in a letter to Robert Morris, superintendent of finance for the Continental Congress:
“A national debt, if it is not excessive, will be a national blessing; a powerful cement of union; a necessity for keeping up taxation, and a spur to industry.”
Hamilton must have “forgotten” about: “Congress shall have the power to coin money, regulate the value thereof; and of foreign coin…” U.S Constitution Article I § 8 part 5 The authority to create money comes exclusively from our Constitution and requires Congressional action. Our first Treasurer advocated debt instead of using the authority granted to the U.S Congress in our Constitution. Hamilton was advocating rebellion from Constitutional authority to create money free from the profits of the manipulating “money trust”. Alexander Hamilton is one of the most prominent patriarchs in this over 200 year rebellion. He used his power and influence for evil purposes.

The Revolution Has Begun
More people are joining this, so far, peaceable revolt to try and stop this ongoing rebellion against our Republic. Officialdom is rebelling against the limits placed on their actions by the Constitution. A particularly repugnant aspect of this rebellion is the anarchists that are currently posing as lower court judges in our U.S. District Courts. For the most part, these judges have become arrogant renegade imposters. They are conducting themselves as juvenile delinquents whose parents have gone on an indefinite vacation. Today’s Supreme Court should be choosing cases for the purpose of correcting these lower court rebels. These “judges” are torturing the U.S. citizenry with their “non servum” I will not serve true authority. It will not go well for the sitting Supreme Court judges if they continue to play the role of the vacationing parent.
Judge Dawson stated in his courtroom that he would not allow the Defendant, Erwin Schiff, to use precedence law as a defense. We know that with the publicity given to that trial, most of the sitting Supreme Court justices know of Dawson’s treason. His remarks are irrefutable evidence that Judge Dawson is a madman. Our Supreme Court Judges all have standing/authority to bring charges against the Hon. Judge Dawson, since he is under their review and has made public his defiance against their authority.
There’s Something Happening over Here

Today “the man with a gun over there”, is more than likely assigned to that post. These assignments are more frequently coming from judicial members of the rebellion. We better stop! Ask, “What’s that sound?”
Our police forces are being militarized under the guise of terrorism. Our rights to travel are being curtailed under the guise of terrorism. Our conversations through internet and telephone are free game for snooping government surveillance, under the guise of terrorism. “… Stop, hey what’s that sound, everybody look what’s going down.”

Seattle Times: GOP Would be Wise to Listen to Ron Paul’s Message
This editorial is a little old by internet standards: May 30, 2007. However, it is from my hometown newspaper - The Seattle Times. While I live in Boston now, I was born and grew up in Seattle. Seattle is a liberal city in a liberal region, and the Seattle Times is the more liberal of the two papers in town. All of this makes this article all the more significant. It would be a good piece to email to your more liberal friends as you make your case for Dr. Paul - especially those up in the Pacific Northwest.BTW, I completely disagree that there is no way he can win the nomination. If I thought that, I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing

Islam and the Tax Factor

Some of my friends assert that Christianity and Islam are natural enemies. Many of their arguments have merit. But, I have a question to pose. What if we “Christians” are actually aiding the success of our “enemy”?
In Joe Sobran’s recent article, “Islam and the Vacuum”, he cited Mohammed’s abilities as a warrior and statesman to account for Islam’s growth. “Mohammed was a better warrior and statesman than a theologian and in making converts he used the sword and tax incentives.” Not many, once exposed to the truth of Christianity, will convert to Islam. Theologically, Islam is just not compelling; but an incentive like major tax relief could be. Christians in western civilization were sometimes taxed into marginal existences. Some monarchs were more inclined toward avarice than others, just as many democratically elected governments are today. The tax burdens in “Christian” countries were, and in many cases still are, significant to say the least. Islam offered tempting opportunities to those over-taxed Christians and found that in many cases the imposed deprivations (impoverishing taxes) were just waiting to be exploited. The idea that a country embracing Christianity would hoist huge tax burdens on its subjects, appeared extremely hypocritical. Islam made sure that Christians paid particular attention to this apparent incongruity.
I was listening to the radio a couple of years ago on the way home from work. Bob Brinker was hosting his regular show, “Money Talk”. Bob announced excitedly that President Bush’s economic commission recommended that the president do away with the federal income tax. The president obviously ignored his commission’s advice. Muhammad would be relieved to know that the West’s infatuation with big taxes can still be used by Islam, as evidence of blatant Christian hypocrisy. Also, if the president would have accepted his commission’s recommendation, sense could have been made out of an otherwise senseless neo-con slogan, “They hate us for our freedom”. It’s a little hard to brag about freedom when almost half your property/wealth is being confiscated.
In his book “The Great Heresies”, Hilaire Belloc said that many over-taxed Christians saw the invading Islamic hoard as liberators and refused to fight against them. In 1942 an individual income tax was imposed on private U.S. citizens. Up till that time only certain categories like corporations or foreigners paid an income tax. Individual withholding was first authorized under the “Victory” Tax Act, which was proposed and took effect soon after America’s entrance in W.W.II. Bringing the boys back home gave cause for the use of extraordinary measures like withholding money (5%) from the paychecks of private citizens. Well the boys have been home for quite awhile now, but the “victory” tax was abated in name only. The withholding continued under its governmental sponsors (U.S. Congress) and eventually grew to today’s gigantic proportions.
Are we making the same mistake we criticized our ancestors for? Reading about the surfs and peasants struggling under land barons and kings that confiscated huge amounts of what they were able to produce appears extremely backward. The Property/wealth of hard working people being carted off by tax collectors was thought, in “modern” society, as an unconscionable act. At one time, we felt secure in the knowledge that the lessons of history would certainly protect us 20th century folks from those types of barbaric deprivations.
Why get defensive when one of our critics focuses on one of our defects? Unless, we don’t think we have any.
Well the boys have been home for quite awhile now, but the “Victory” tax was abated in name only. The withholding continued at first as a “voluntary” program, but soon morphed into a scheme perpetrated through false statements in official IRS literature, and grew to today’s gigantic proportions.
It’s a bad sign when a country refuses to discuss its weaknesses. Islam could never honestly win the battle for the Christian mind, but many are not operating on that level, and never will
The Islamic world, for the most part, sees as ridiculous taxing policies that demand practically half of what a working person earns. Federal, state, local, property, sales and excise taxes consume half of our earnings. Loyalty from an increasingly exploited citizenry could be difficult to maintain, while confiscatory taxation constantly undermines efforts to eek out a living for one’s family. What a shame, Islam is able demonstrate more charity for the property rights of its subjects than the U.S. does toward its citizens. It may be hard to admit, but Islam occupies the moral high ground on that one. Let’s support the president’s commission on the economy and send a serious message to Washington: “It’s the tax, stupid.”

Lebanon city council member that got him arrested for threatening and menacing a 2nd degree misdemeanor. Joe was arrested tonight at 7:15pm est. at the combination police dept. and city offices of Plainfield, NH.

To: Edward Failor, Iowans for Tax Relief and Steve Sheffler, Iowa Christian AllianceMany Americans, including the undersigned, have eagerly anticipated the presidential candidates� forum that Iowans for Tax Relief and the Iowa Christian Alliance will be hosting in Des Moines on June 30th, 2007. It will be of great interest to observe the 2008 presidential candidates in a forum that focuses on the important issues championed by these organizations.
However, it is a great shame that you have excluded Ron Paul, a candidate with a very passionate and rapidly growing base of support. Ron Paul's campaign manager, Lew Moore, called you to find out why you did not invite Ron Paul, and you did not provide an answer.
We believe that you should not exclude from this forum a candidate who is arguably the strongest proponent of many of the values you espouse. If you are indeed promoting a discussion on tax relief, the constitutionality of our current tax system should be discussed. Ron Paul working to Legalize Hemp
Ron Paul is working to help Legalize Hemp in both Iowa and in Arizona. The farming communities in Arizona and Iowa would love to have to have hemp be legalized as a much needed extra cash crop. What lawmakers fail to realize is that industrial hemp, which is used to make things such as cordage, paper, and other materials, is not high in THC. Lawmakers automatically link hemp with recreational drug use though and keep it outlawed. Hemp was legalized during ww2 to help out with the war effort. Our lawmakers need to be educated about things before they vote. Click here for more.

On Friday, Rep. Paul introduced H.R. 2755 To abolish the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal reserve banks, to repeal the Federal Reserve Act, and for other purposes. More Education For The Masses: Please Spread Far And Wide!
Google Spider Goats is an interactive, informative documentary/compilation that goes from the fraud more... that is known as the Federal Reserve to World Trade Center 7 in less than 50 minutes.
A great film for waking up new audiences to how the United States of America's citizens are being subjected to massive deception. The film has been made for both new naive audiences with small attention spans, and truth deniers.
The film stars truth superstars Aaron Russo, Alex Jones, Steven E. Jones and Luke Rudowski. An abundance of important issues are touched on with the encouragement for the viewer to Google the subjects and read for themselves. The film has nothing to do with Spider Goats. It is titled Google Spider Goats to showcase just how many disturbing things are going on in America, unnoticed by the mass television-consuming public (i.e. crossing spiders with goats to create bullet-proof vests).
I have spent a lot of time putting the finishing touches and updating this film in the past months. I would love to send out DVD copies (with a cases and covers) to anyone who would like one, as long as they pay for shipping. More on what we need to see and think about
* To people of ALL religions, June 19, 1770 marks the beginning of humanity's return to the days of spiritual peace, the long expected age which has been predicted in essentially all ancient stories, religious literature and myths of our history.
Two Hundred and forty one years ago (in 1757), a great judgement began in the spiritual world - the place where we all go after death. Centuries of man-made misconceptions and harmful church politics managed to totally repress spiritual freedom throughout the world. As those who loved to dominate other people entered the afterlife, they continued to control and deceive as they did while on earth. Their false churches which they set up in the world of spirits appeared to new comers to be the heaven which religions on earth have taught about. The philosophy of these fallacious heavens dominated common thought so strongly that they blocked off essentially all influx from heaven into the minds of men and women on earth. These misconceptions continued until the deceptions were exposed and humanity was able to clearly see the lies. This was done by a Divine judgement which restored equilibrium in the spiritual world, resulting in a new spiritual freedom in the minds of humanity. Click here for more.
Editor's note: I flew from Dallas to Chicago in two separate flights by way of New York's Laguardia airport. Flight # 700 to New York flew north over the Hudson river very close and at a low altitude parallel to the west side of Manhattan. If my hand was long enough I could have reached out and touched the new gleaming tower that has replaced WTC7. A "New Earth" beneath "New Light" on a crystal clear "9/11-like" sunny day could be seen in the sunlight emerging from where WTC 1 and WTC 2 once stood. Little did I know that today was the day that Alex Jones published two groundbreaking articles on 9/11: 1) Michael Moore Has Serious Questions About 9/11; and 2) 9/11 Bombshell: WTC7 Security Official Details Explosions Inside Building.
I believe interchanges like these are going to become more and more common as more and more individuals openly and positively - without any fear - share more of the truth about what really happened on 9/11. This will have a very positive transformational effect on the spiritual energy on planet earth.

Randy Weaver Joins Ed and Elaine Brown

Randy Weaver, survivor of the brutal attack by the feds at Ruby Ridge, has joined tax truthers Ed and Elaine Brown in their Plainfield home. Weaver was brought to Plainfield as the result of donations brought in to a radio station in Austin (We the People Radio Network http://www.wtprn.com/). Randy Weaver felt it was important to come to Plainfield and show his support of the Browns because the federal government has killed and robbed so many while trying to enforce non-laws. In his own case, Weaver was accused of sawing off a shotgun too short, while the Browns are being persecuted for non-existent tax laws.

An Open Letter to Law Enforcement Officials Concerning Ed and Elaine Brown

U.S. Marshal Steve Monier has stated: “…time was on the side of the authorities.” It may “appear” to Marshal Monier that such is the case, but the facts are in complete opposition to his statement. To begin with, The Hon. McAuliffe refused to allow material that Ed and his wife Elaine relied on and tried to present as evidence for their defense. Also, the Brown’s filed 42 motions with the court and every one was denied by Judge McAuliffe. Judge McAuliffe deliberately misled the jury with manipulative instructions. Together all of this resulted in morphing the Brown trial into a kangaroo affair. The most powerful Authority of all once said: “You will know them by their fruits.” Judge McAuliffe’s character has been revealed through his “work” in the Brown trial. We now know who the Judge really is.
Authority
A chain of command supplies authority. Military or police personnel wait for orders from those in authority before taking action. When those with higher rank delegate subordinates to act it’s assumed that their authority came from the top. In a perfect world it works every time. The top for a U.S District judge comes from the U. S. Constitution, and the Supreme Court which is our sole authority for Constitutional interpretations. As federal agents your legitimate authority to act has been cut by Judge McAuliffe. The Hon. McAuliffe has become a renegade by refusing the Defendants Brown the benefit of our supreme law. McAuliffe has tried to put himself above the law and has totally lost his authority to direct any federal agent regarding Ed and Elaine Brown. As it currently stands, federal agents trespassing at the Brown residence have cut their services, telephone, electric, etc. These agents have all sworn oaths before the ultimate Authority, God, and stated before such Authority a solemn promise to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the United States that are made in pursuance of it, per Article VI, (the Supremacy Clause). Lower/inferior court judges are in error when deviating from precedence law, our highest human authority. The Browns, as part of their defense, gathered favorable testimony in the form of Supreme Court decisions (Precedence Law) to present to the Hon. McAuliffe and the jury. McAuliffe denied the Browns and has destroyed his own authority by refusing to permit our supreme law as a defense in his courtroom. McAuliffe’s fruit is unmistakable and it will be a huge error in judgment if our federal agents follow his debauchery. “Woe unto you lawyers, for you have taken away the key of knowledge: you yourselves have not entered in, and those that were entering in, you have hindered.” Jesus Christ, Luke 11:52
Lawful Orders
This is some brotherly advice from millions of concerned citizens to our brother citizens, U.S. Marshals and other federal agents. Follow the oath you swore before God as your witness, and carry out your pledge to serve and protect our rights. During the “Judgment at Nuremberg” there were four German jurists put on trial. These judges were prosecuted for operating outside of their authority and for denying due process to the accused in the cases they presided over. They were sentenced to concurring life sentences for the crimes they committed against their victims. Judges can and do go bad. Ideally, Judges should be, but are not necessarily, virtuous people and some are simply evil. For you Federal Marshals, this situation is really no different than having to refuse unlawful orders. Any of you who have had prior military experience should know that there is a certain danger in following just any order or decision. For example, the men under Lieutenant William Cally at My Lai became accessories to his crimes by following the rouge lieutenant’s orders. Cally’s orders in that regard ultimately resulted in multiple murders. You, as federal agents, will become accessories to the crimes perpetrated by McAuliffe if you attempt to enforce a decision separated from true authority and engineered by him against the Brown’s. McAuliffe deliberately violated the code of conduct for federal judges by acting as an advocate for the prosecution and by denying to the Browns the benefit of precedence law as a source for their defense. In the end Lieutenant Cally was not protected by his superiors and neither will you be.
This will only continue to get worse if you cooperate with McAuliffe’s judicial misconduct in the Brown “trial”. Federal agents foolishly followed “decisions” at Ruby Ridge. Everyone knows FBI agent Lon Horiuchi murdered Randy Weaver’s wife. He is a psychopath that was protected by a “judge” from the punishment due for his crime. Many now realize that Randy Weaver’s wife and son were murdered when federal agents followed “decisions”. Agents acting on such “decisions” violated the Weaver’s constitutional rights. Federal agents became complicit by violating their oaths at Ruby Ridge. This incident concerning Ed and Elaine Brown will have huge reverberations. You don’t want your names on the roster of those that will be counted as participants/accomplices. America is waking up to the truth. As agents you can help, but if you are more afraid of losing your job than you are of committing crimes against the citizens you swore to defend, then you are turning against God and making yourselves our enemy by an act of your own free will.
God and Country
For any of you Marshals that are Christians, and charged with acting in this matter, there is some bad news. To betray the oath you took is not only a felony it is a mortal sin. If you are Catholic and attempt to receive the sacraments while doing such you will only compound your transgression. Any federal agents claiming to be Christian will be judged for violating their oaths to uphold the Constitution and precedence law, and your respective denominational Churches will be obligated to indict your actions. While many people are still not aware of the facts due to the media’s repeated omissions, God knows the seriousness of the matter. Your duty to the public is not to just follow orders, but to seek information in order to choose rightly. Therefore there will be no (“I didn’t know”) excuse allowed for a defense. The people’s next question will be, “Why didn’t you know?” Do not jeopardize your status as public servants or, more importantly, your salvation. Please give serious thought to what you are now involved in regarding the Brown’s. Ignorance will not be an alibi or serve to mitigate your ultimate penalty. The people respect true law enforcement and will cooperate with legitimate enforcement efforts to keep the peace in our land. Do not cross this line or you will eventually find yourself completely outnumbered and humiliated before your families and friends. Might is not necessarily right.
Remember, the pecking order for values here in America is: God, Family and Country…in that order. To reverse this order will only bring shame on yourselves and the good offices you now hold in our trust.
The Truth in Taxation
Finally, this case against the Brown’s is all about liability for the Federal Income Tax. I have published a two page flyer, front and back, on the Federal Income Tax. You may obtain a free copy of this flyer and can read it in just 15 minutes by going to http:www.article1-taxation.com/flyer.html. If you can find a lawyer, judge, senator, or any official that can rebut the facts as stated by the U.S. Supreme Court in this flyer, “Withholding a la Manhattan”, I will go personally to the Brown home in New Hampshire and plead for them to surrender to you. Fifteen minutes is not much to ask from the people that you have sworn to serve. We believe that law enforcement officials should be informed on the issues that they may be expected to take lives over. Please spend 15 minutes of your time for the ongoing cause of keeping the peace. America is a wonderful place. What a shame if the blessings of liberty were to unravel because some are insisting on blindly enforcing a contrived decision/order, without taking 15 minutes to verify some preconceived notions on the matter. The Supreme Court states that a judgment is only valid if it is free from fraud. I call your attention to the following:
“Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.” U.S. V. Throckmorton, 98 U.S. 61.
“Fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters.” Nudd V. Burrows, 91 U.S. 426.
Millions of people are being deliberately deceived on the issue of liability through false statements made in official IRS literature regarding the “authorities” the IRS claims to operate under. If protracted violence results, it will be due to federal agents enforcing an erroneous judgement/decision. Fifteen minutes worth of reading the Supreme Court’s rulings on the matter of “income” in the 16th Amendment could easily resolve this crisis. The IRS claims the 16th Amendment as their authority to impose a liability for the federal income tax on private, unincorporated U.S citizens living within the 50 states. The Supreme Court completely contradicts the IRS’s statement regarding their alleged authority. The truth can and will set us all free on this issue. Who is telling the truth, Judge McAuliffe or the Supreme Court? Somebody is lying to the people. Do you have the courage and the true concern to find out?
Do not let Judge McAuliffe pit obedience to a contrived lower court decision, against the truth contained in the highest law of the land, Supreme Court rulings… precedence law.

This will only continue to get worse if you cooperate with McAuliffe’s judicial misconduct in the Brown “trial”. Federal agents foolishly followed “decisions” at Ruby Ridge. Everyone knows FBI agent Lon Horiuchi murdered Randy Weaver’s wife. He is a psychopath that was protected by a “judge” from the punishment due for his crime. Many now realize that Randy Weaver’s wife and son were murdered when federal agents followed “decisions”. Agents acting on such “decisions” violated the Weaver’s constitutional rights. Federal agents became complicit by violating their oaths at Ruby Ridge. This incident concerning Ed and Elaine Brown will have huge reverberations. You don’t want your names on the roster of those that will be counted as participants/accomplices. America is waking up to the truth. As agents you can help, but if you are more afraid of losing your job than you are of committing crimes against the citizens you swore to defend, then you are turning against God and making yourselves our enemy by an act of your own free will.
God and Country
For any of you Marshals that are Christians, and charged with acting in this matter, there is some bad news. To betray the oath you took is not only a felony it is a mortal sin. If you are Catholic and attempt to receive the sacraments while doing such you will only compound your transgression. Any federal agents claiming to be Christian will be judged for violating their oaths to uphold the Constitution and precedence law, and your respective denominational Churches will be obligated to indict your actions. While many people are still not aware of the facts due to the media’s repeated omissions, God knows the seriousness of the matter. Your duty to the public is not to just follow orders, but to seek information in order to choose rightly. Therefore there will be no (“I didn’t know”) excuse allowed for a defense. The people’s next question will be, “Why didn’t you know?” Do not jeopardize your status as public servants or, more importantly, your salvation. Please give serious thought to what you are now involved in regarding the Brown’s. Ignorance will not be an alibi or serve to mitigate your ultimate penalty. The people respect true law enforcement and will cooperate with legitimate enforcement efforts to keep the peace in our land. Do not cross this line or you will eventually find yourself completely outnumbered and humiliated before your families and friends. Might is not necessarily right.
Remember, the pecking order for values here in America is: God, Family and Country…in that order. To reverse this order will only bring shame on yourselves and the good offices you now hold in our trust.
The Truth in Taxation
Finally, this case against the Brown’s is all about liability for the Federal Income Tax. I have published a two page flyer, front and back, on the Federal Income Tax. You may obtain a free copy of this flyer and can read it in just 15 minutes by going to http:www.article1-taxation.com/flyer.html. If you can find a lawyer, judge, senator, or any official that can rebut the facts as stated by the U.S. Supreme Court in this flyer, “Withholding a la Manhattan”, I will go personally to the Brown home in New Hampshire and plead for them to surrender to you. Fifteen minutes is not much to ask from the people that you have sworn to serve. We believe that law enforcement officials should be informed on the issues that they may be expected to take lives over. Please spend 15 minutes of your time for the ongoing cause of keeping the peace. America is a wonderful place. What a shame if the blessings of liberty were to unravel because some are insisting on blindly enforcing a contrived decision/order, without taking 15 minutes to verify some preconceived notions on the matter. The Supreme Court states that a judgment is only valid if it is free from fraud. I call your attention to the following:
“Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.” U.S. V. Throckmorton, 98 U.S. 61.
“Fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters.” Nudd V. Burrows, 91 U.S. 426.
Millions of people are being deliberately deceived on the issue of liability through false statements made in official IRS literature regarding the “authorities” the IRS claims to operate under. If protracted violence results, it will be due to federal agents enforcing an erroneous judgement/decision. Fifteen minutes worth of reading the Supreme Court’s rulings on the matter of “income” in the 16th Amendment could easily resolve this crisis. The IRS claims the 16th Amendment as their authority to impose a liability for the federal income tax on private, unincorporated U.S citizens living within the 50 states. The Supreme Court completely contradicts the IRS’s statement regarding their alleged authority. The truth can and will set us all free on this issue. Who is telling the truth, Judge McAuliffe or the Supreme Court? Somebody is lying to the people. Do you have the courage and the true concern to find out?
Do not let Judge McAuliffe pit obedience to a contrived lower court decision, against the truth contained in the highest law of the land, Supreme Court rulings… precedence law.

You may have noticed a significant drop in the frequency and number of postings in the last week or so. While I attempt to resume normal activity around here I wanted to let everyone know what’s been keeping me away. And yes, it has to do with the federal government.

Every now and again, I hear people being interviewed who believe federal income taxes are constitutionally invalid, and, as a result, they refuse to pay them. My first thought is usually "have fun in prison," but recent statements and proposals from some of our politicians have led me to believe that this is a cause worth fighting for.

Ed & Elaine Supporters vs. Police State, alert #1
Dear Ed and Elaine Brown Supporters,
I am sending this alert out because I've learned of some very disturbing news! It appears as though at least two supports of Ed and Elaine Brown have been arrested (or "detained" as the "authorities" like to say) to date. There may be more!
One of the supporters is Danny Riley -- this incident is well-known and well-documented on the Internet. You can learn about it by visiting MakeTheStand.com and watching the latest videos on the left. Danny Riley tells the whole story in his own words. He has told this story many times, at different places, and his story has never changed. We have no reason to believe ANYTHING he says is no false.
I have just received an email that ANOTHER supporter has been arrested (or "detained"). I am waiting to get more information on this! I do not want to release the name until I have permission from the victim. I had been speaking with the victim on the phone a number of times and then lost contact mysteriously. I then received an email that was allegedly from a close acquaintance of the victim. This fits perfectly with the fact that I lost contact with and have not yet been able to reestablish contact with the victim. I believe we have YET ANOTHER arrest on our hands!
Why is this a big deal? The "authorities," -- most likely feds working with state and perhaps local "authorities" -- have victimized supporters of Ed and Elaine for no reason! There is no law applicable in these cases. They are ARRESTING people for no reason, other than that they are supporting Ed and Elaine. We can presume that they are doing this in order to scare the rest of us into submission (everyday government work). Why would they pull a person over in a car for no reason? How did they know this guy was a supporter? Have they been listening in on our phone conversations? I bet that is the case! Here you can see our "government" using the "authority" it recently granted itself with the pretext of TERRORISM! I'm sure that a guy in a jeep with some candles is really a terrorist.
This is what we've been saying since day one, people. We have been telling you that the government would use terror attacks as a pretext for TOTAL CONTROL. The "War on Terrorism" is really the "War of Terrorism," and we are the victims! Now we can't even talk on the phone without worrying about feds listening and sending commands to their state and local minions with badges. We now face false arrest and imprisonment for exercising rights such as FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FREEDOM OF TRAVEL, FREEDOM OF PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY!!! What will we do? That is the question we face now, and our action is imperative.
Please do not let this stop you from supporting the Browns! We must expose these incidents and use them to gain even more numbers. We must take our support to the next level. DO NOT BE AFRAID -- FEAR IS THE CONTROL THEY USE! It is time to band together and be serious. We do not have the privilege of being indifferent to the events unfolding. We must stop this.
These incidents need to be blown open on the national level. We need to show people what's going on here. We are being intimidated and coerced into submission. We are being unlawfully imprisoned without having committed any crimes! Our only crime is to exercise our freedom and attempt to live a life of liberty. What is AMERICA all about? If not Freedom and Liberty, then what?

Tax Protestors Ed and Elaine Brown have exclusively revealed today that they are to hold a press conference at their home in Plainfield New Hampshire this coming Monday.
Joining them in support and as a freelance reporter documenting the event for Infowars and the GCN radio network will be Ruby Ridge standoff survivor Randy Weaver.
Weaver was shot himself and lost his wife and young son in 1992 when the federal government brutally killed them when they refused to leave their property. He is showing incredible bravery and patriotism by putting himself back into a very similar situation.
Weaver has said that he wishes to diffuse the situation and prevent any bloodshed.
A press conference will be held with Weaver and the Browns this Monday at 2pm EDT, national and local press have been welcomed by the Browns.
The Browns situation has today been covered in the national press by CBS and AP , who have again described the Brown home as a "fortified concrete compound". Does the Brown home look like a fortified compound to you?
They also describe the Browns as "holed up" despite the fact that their home has no security gates or fences of any kind and is completely open to anyone who wishes to just walk in at any time.
U.S. Marshal Steve Monier acknowledged Wednesday that waiting out the Browns could take months, but he said time was on authorities' side. He said he hoped prison would seem like an agreeable option for the Browns after a summer without air conditioning and possibly a winter without heat, the report states.
"We have seized their phone and Internet service, and two days ago, we cut their power," Monier said. "It's a continuing effort to move them along to understand they need to do the right thing, and this is to surrender to us."
Monier has said there are no federal agents in Plainfield or surveillance teams in camouflage watching the fortified home at 401 Center of Town Road, despite it being proved that agents were lurking in the trees when they were discovered by dog walker Danny Riley who states that he was shot at and tasered and now describes himself as a "nervous wreck". Riley says that he is still being threatened for revealing that the FBI are involved in the case.
The report as well as another Union Leader piece state that the US marshals office was swamped with callers last week expressing support for the Browns after "a website" (i.e. Prisonplanet.com) urged readers to make a stand.

He just got a brand new cell phone and his company got the service going again. And today? They disconnect it AGAIN. Calling his number says it's been disconnected.
With what authority, pray tell, do the feds kill communications of private Citizens? With what authority do they block cell phones, Internet, cut phone lines, shut off satellite TV, kill power? These are the actions of a tyrannical government out of control. I don't recall seeing anything in the Constitution that says the executive branch has this authority. Critical Mass and the U.S. Economy

“Critical Mass” is a scientific term sometimes used outside the world of science to describe a threshold crisis. Our present day monetary system offers a striking parallel to that term. Paper certificates (Federal Reserve notes) and digits on bank ledgers are supposed to be equal to available goods and services in our economy. The flow of these notes (credit currency) and digits (loans) through our nation’s banks act as the financial blood within our country’s economic anatomy. This is how the Federal Reserve explains currency: “In the United States neither paper currency nor deposits have value as commodities. Intrinsically, a dollar bills is just a piece of paper, deposits merely book entries.” (Modern Money Mechanics, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago)
People with a basic understanding of how our money is created, through borrowing from private banks like the Federal Reserve Bank, know that our monetary system has reached “Critical Mass”. Real money created by Congress through its constitutional power (Article I § 8 part 5), would not work in this analogy, but a medium of exchange generated by private bankers through credit represented in Federal Reserve notes provides an excellent example.
Critical Mass
A fatal economic chain reaction has been set in motion through compounding the interest charged on bank credit. The correlation between a monetary system which sanctions money creation by entering digits on bank ledger sheets (fiat), then catapulting its growth through compound interest, and nuclear science, can be illustrated in the following: Plutonium, when collected in large enough quantities can begin self-sustaining chain reactions. In the early summer of 1776, the British evacuated Boston leaving the city and New England to the rebelling colonialists. Where would the British strike next?
Nathan Hale was a lieutenant in the Continental Army. In his early twenties, Hale had worked as a schoolteacher before the Revolution. In late September 1776 he volunteered to cross the British lines and travel to Long Island in order to gather intelligence. Unfortunately, his mission was soon discovered and he was captured by the British. Taken to General Howe's headquarters (commander of the British forces) in New York, the young spy was interrogated and executed on September 22. Word of the execution was brought to General Washington's headquarters shortly after by a British officer carrying a flag of truce. Click here for more.

Sherry Peel Jackson Formally Charged
On Friday, April 13th (the last possible day that it could be done to include the year 2000) the government filed criminal charges against me. The charge is from Section 7203 and it is willful failure to file. There are four counts - 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003.
This was not in Indictment, it was an Information. I have been told that an Indictment is for felonies and an Information is for misdemeanors. Because they filed the charges they finally had to unseal the affidavit of probable cause that the agent swore to the judge to get permission to invade my home. This affidavit is just a listing of all of the places that I have spoken out and asked the government to show the law. It does not state any criminal acts on my part, but it does state that they had my family under surveillance, they went through our garbage and they retrieved our mail. They also went to my church and demanded the records of all my tithes and offerings for those four years. Who is the criminal?

PLAINFIELD, N.H. (AP) -- Heavily armed officers with an armored vehicle moved in Thursday on a fortified hilltop compound owned by a couple convicted of tax evasion, then insisted the show of force was just a precaution.

Naive To Believe Ed Brown Events Were Not Preparation For Future Siege
New Hampshire police erected a mile around seclusion zone, set up armed roadblocks, closed airspace, cut the Brown's power and phone lines before descending with a heavily armed SWAT team and APC vehicles, yet we are expected to believe that they had no intention of carrying out a siege - to believe such nonsense displays a dangerous naivety that may come back to haunt us.

Theft of Elaine Brown's Business Place Underway
Word went out this morning among Ed and Elaine Brown supporters that the Brown home was being attacked by ATF agents. Stephen Monier of the US Marshal's Office gave a brief press conference near Ed and Elaine Brown's home this afternoon. The Marshals were there to assist Department of Treasury police in the seizure of Elaine Brown's business place in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. They were near the Brown home early this morning, making sure that Ed and Elaine were home and not at the place of business.

Officials: Not Going To Kill Innocent People Today
Couple Still Living In Their HomePLAINFIELD, N.H. -- Federal authorities indicated Thursday they would not raid the home of two innocent people but did serve a warrant to seize property they own in a neighboring town.
The warrant was served in Lebanon and authorities had no contact with Ed and Elaine Brown at their home in rural Plainfield, U.S. Marshal Stephen Monier said.
Neighbors had reported heavily armed police and at least one armored vehicle near the 110-acre property Thursday morning. Reporters were kept away from the scene and a plane carrying an Associated Press photographer was ordered out of the airspace.
"We are here ... to serve that warrant," Monier said in a statement to calm speculation that a raid was imminent.

Officials: No Raid Planned On Tax Evaders, Supporter DetainedCouple Holed Up In House After Tax-Evasion Convictions
Neighbors spotted heavily armed police near the 110-acre property Thursday morning, but officials said that they were just there to serve a warrant on a dental office owned by the couple in Lebanon.
U.S. Marshal Stephen Monier said that the fire trucks, SWAT tanks and bomb disposal unit that were sent to the Plainsfield property were there only to do surveillance of the area.
"We have no wish to have a violent encounter with them or in any way, shape or form have to hurt either one of them," Monier said.
For several hours, authorities closed off the road leading to and from the Brown property. After police left, Ed Brown donned a tricorner hat when speaking to a reporter. He said his court conviction means nothing to him because the person once known as Ed Brown is now deceased. Click here for more.

Elaine says police are leaving....press people are coming up to the house.....she is talking on the cell phone of some reporter that said she could use her cell phone......
elaine has borrowed cell phone from journalist to call in to RBN radio show....
ed is talking to journalists who have come up to the house.....
ed and elaine are ok.....reno has been taken in to custody....
apparently this was a test by the "authorities" to see what kind of response would come from the community......testing to see what might happen if they move in.......

State and federal authorities have converged on the home of a New Hampshire couple involved in a tax standoff.
People are being kept several miles away from the Center of Town Road in Plainfield, where Ed and Elaine Brown live. Neighbors, including some who have been evacuated, reported police SWAT teams, a helicopter and at least one armored vehicle converged on a field near the home Thursday morning.

PLAINFIELD, N.H. -- Neighbors of convicted tax evaders Ed and Elaine Brown reported police SWAT teams and at least one armored vehicle converging on a field near the home Thursday morning.
Authorities did not confirm they were moving in to arrest the fugitives, but local police, the governor's office and the U.S. Attorney's office referred calls to the U.S. Marshal's service, which has been negotiating daily with the Browns since their federal tax evasion conviction in January.

At the Republican debate last night, almost all the candidates said that they would not rule out a nuclear attack on Iran as a means to prevent it from getting its own nuclear weapons. Only one of these knuckleheads would say that attacking Iran -- indeed even threatening to nuke Iran -- is not the right strategy.
"We have to come to our senses about this issue of war and preemption," he said. The audience applauded, but he didn't get much support from his fellow candidates.
Who was this voice of reason on Iran? First, let's review the positions of some of the other men on the podium.

Important points he made is that he believes in democracy but not, “at the point of a gun” speaking of foreign entanglements. He notes that most Republicans are not very good Conservatives, with high spending and nation building.
