Show Ed The Law

What law requires Ed to pay an income tax? Show Ed the Law and get $10,000!

Yes you heard me right I just got off the phone with Ed Brown, and if you show him the law he will pay you $10,000!

I will take the challenge IF AND ONLY IF Ed agrees to escrow his $10,000 with a bank so that when he loses he will still have to pay up. I'm not going to waste time with somebody who welches on their bet, as Irwin Schiff did with his $100,000 challenge.

Also, the bet cannot be decided by Ed himself (since he will just deny that the challenge was met no matter how obvious it is that it was). So, the bet must be decided by any three tax law professors (Ed can choose the three) from any American Bar Association-accredited law schools.

Else, Ed's challenge is illusory and just so much hot air.

Why not let the IRS decide? There is no difference, since most of the tax law taught in law schools is taught by IRS reps. That's why most lawyers sing the IRS's song.
