US Marshalls arrest Conces

Battle Creek - U.S. Marshals on Thursday arrested Charles Conces of Battle Creek, the Justice Department announced.
The arrest resulted from a federal judge's Feb. 23 order finding Conces in civil contempt of court for failing to obey a court order entered on Feb. 8.
