It is the citizen cridital of it's government having a law supposed to be authorized by the people's constitution and not even the people seem to know what their constitution authorizes their agent
govenrment [ tax ] law makers to do.

Read again and again the taxing provisions of the USC.

Tell me you know from HARMONY and chaos.

Prove it with the tax parts of the USC.

If that you an not do,
then think and tale the action
to revise the USC so that the government's taxing powers are as claer as a STOP sign.
