Yes indeed! Ron Paul does pay his taxes, and here is why.

I.R.C. section 6331 a.

Levy may be made upon the accrued salary or wages of any officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the United States or the District of Columbia, by serving a notice of levy on the employer (as defined in section 3401(d)) of such officer, employee, or elected official). If the Secretary makes a finding that the collection of such tax is in jeopardy, notice and demand for immediate payment of such tax may be made by the Secretary and, upon failure or refusal to pay such tax, collection thereof by levy shall be lawful without regard to the 10-day period provided in this section.

Ron Paul is an elected official... DUH.....a govt paycheck reciever. of course he pays his taxes

the average american (non govt employee)wage earner is not included in the above sec 6331 a.

That is a post-assessment levy, not the liability taxes, and would only apply if Ron Paul were NOT paying his taxes. Because Ron Paul DOES pay his taxes, 6331 does not apply.

It is an undisputable fact that the average American is liable for taxes on income, see http://www.hereisthelaw.com for the FACTS.

Looks like someone works for the IRS (as if we couldn't guess). Perhaps that person can explain these terms---from the Tax Code:
1. "excluded" income;
2. "exempted" income;
3. "eliminated" income; and,
4. "exceptions" to gross income.

Thank you in advance.

Because I do stop at stopsigns, the law does not apply.

because I dont commit murder,
the law does not apply.

...sound ridiculous?

actually dude, I.R.S.code 6331 is not "a post-assessment levy" as you say

it says who,what,when,where,and how!

first it says (what and who) can be levied against...

...wages of any officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the United States or the District of Columbia

and how it will be done

and that is...How and when

...by serving a notice of levy on the employer (as defined in section 3401(d)) of such officer, employee, or elected official).

and non-govt employees are definately not included as someone who can be levied against!

I say: please, now tell us something we dont know.

we all know that we are required to pay income tax....if we make income

...no dispute there!...looks like no 10 million for me.

what is income quatloose?...

I have read the supreme courts definition of income...and I think it is corporate profit.

The Supreme Court routinely allows the convictions of tax protestors to stand. Just ask Lynne Meredith, Irwin Schiff, etc.

As far as your other theories go, nobody who matters agrees with them.
