CAN YOU SAY "FRAUD?"

The following are documented exhibits of fraud presented by Bill Price and published by the NJCDLP –“Whistleblowers”. These exhibits are irrefutable proof that the IRS uses fraud to coerce and intimidate “individuals”. These exhibits also demonstrate that employers, e.g. Ford Motor Co., through corrupt agents like Senior Tax Attorney Tim McGraw, are complicit in an obvious fraud/scam perpetrated by the IRS.

The first two exhibits are letters in response to inquiries made by the victims of a scam perpetrated by an alleged IRS Operations Manager “Stephen P. Warner”. These letters were written by Michael E. Schmidt and David & Gesila Cates, to IRS disclosure officers under the Freedom of Information Act. The letters reveal that “Stephen P.
