ATF is single handedly destroying our Second Amendment.
We have documented our experiences in hopes of showing what the ATF is doing to legitimate businesses and how they disregard our Senators and Congressman. I try not to take it personal and have found solace in my faith but it is still difficult when this agency has made every attempt to destroy what your family worked so hard to build, what is even more concerning is how the ATF is single handedly destroying our Second Amendment.

The goal, of course, is to completely remove firearms from the hands of private citizens.
Here in the State of Washington, our State Constitution says that nothing shall be done to "impair" the possession of firearms; and yet, like most other places, we have to obtain a "permit" to carry a gun...on your person or uncased in a vehicle. Getting the permit is not easy, and not guaranteed.
Isn't that "impair[ing]" the possession of firearms?
