This is to inform you formally and officially that my office legally represents the United States ex rel. in Tenth Circuit appeal #07-2017.
In that case, extensive verified evidence has already been admitted into that Court's record, proving conclusively that there is no Statute at Large creating a specific liability for income taxes imposed by subtitle A of the Internal Revenue Code ("IRC").

This is extremely interesting, and I love all the embedded links,...
BUT no one in the Corporatocracy (or controlled/influenced by the Corporatocracy) is going to pay one iota of attention to a document from a "private Attorney General"---no matter which court cases he cites.
So, what exactly was accomplished for the Browns?
[This is similar to the David Clarence "dismissal" of the case, and I asked the same question back then.]
Sorry, but I simply don't see how these types of documents/actions are of any help to Ed & Elaine.

It will have the exact same effect as when Paul Andrew Mitchell served arrest warrants on the nine U.S. justices of the Supreme Court.

It does show that Ed and Elaine's supporters are some combination of mental midgets and losers.
