'Tis The Keep-'Em-On-Their-Knees Season

After months and months of silence, three weeks ago the magistrate supervising the IRS public relations (read: public intimidation) "lawsuit" against my wife and me suddenly filed two non-dispositive, but 100% adverse, "Report and Recommendations" to the judge in the case regarding the motions to dismiss and for other relief with which Doreen and I initially responded to this "suit", and the untimely "motion for summary judgment" belched up by the plaintiff last July. It is an interesting coincidence that these filings occurred at the very same time that most Americans saw W-2s and 1099s show up in their mailboxes, and have before them their once-a-year opportunity to uncomplicatedly secure themselves against any improper application of the "income" tax-- if they have the relevant knowledge, and aren't afraid to use it.

Why doesn't Pete Henderson talk about the fact that all of his followers who have been challenged by the IRS have lost? Many have admitted that they were wrong in following Pete's position and paid their back taxes.
