So that equals 11 years of refusing to be held accountable, 11 years of evading Ed's Questions, and 11 years of not ALLOWING the STATUTES OF LAW to be read inside a Court Room. 11 years of ignoring their Obligation to Respond.
Interesting that it took less that a Month to "Illegaly" and "Unlawfully" "COERCE" the Jury into Convicting them for breaking a "LAW" to which they will not even "NAME" a Statute!
Interesting how they Convicted Ed and Elaine at all, without the Judge even "ALLOWING THE JURY TO SEE THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE VERY STATUTE(s) to which the Prosecution was CONVICTING THEM OF BREAKING!
Interesting how the Jury was OUTRIGHT DENIED FROM SEEING ANY EVIDENCE UPON WHICH TO BASE THEIR FINAL DECISION.
Interesting how a Conviction was attained at all, When the JURY WAS NOT ALLOWED TO SEE THE VERY EVIDENCE THEY ARE ENTITLED TO SEE, IN ORDER TO EVEN ARRIVE AT CONVICTION!
It's not just Ed and Elain who were not allowed to show Evidence to the Jury!
The Prosecutor Himself never even submitted any Evidence to the Jury! Because Steven McAuliffe, the Presiding Judge, Would not even allow the Jurors to see the IRC, or the STATUTES OF LAW REGARDING INCOME TAX!
The Judges reason for Not Allowing it, was that He felt it would Complicate the Case! You'ld better Believe it would Complicate the Case! Because if it was Allowed to be shown to the Jury, They would NOT, get a Conviction!
What Judge Steven McAuliffe has actually Done though, is to Complicate His own Future Career as a District Judge! And put Himself in Jeapordy of being Convicted of even Higher Crimes.
There is in Fact, such a thing as being a Non-Taxpayer, Constitutionally Correct, and totally within THE LAW.
The Government however, would have us all believe otherwise.
Once you do the Research, and realize what "NOT TAXABLE UNDER LAW" Means... The inevitable effect, is that Rightful and Lawful
NON TAX PAYERS... Stop paying the Tax!
Where did the terms "Non Taz Payer"
and "Not Taxable Under The Law" Come from?
I mean, if these terms are Discussed within the Written Laws, Then who Qualifies as one of these?
Who Exactly IS, a Non Tax Payer? Who exactly IS NOT, Taxable Under Law?
Acording to the Government... No one is!!! And Everyone IS Taxable!
But still... The Written Laws, and Statutes address both of these. So why are these terms written at all, if everyone is taxable?
Because NOT ALL CITIZENS of the UNITED STATES ARE TAXABLE!

Something is missing from the contentions that the IRS believes.
If title 26 is lawful and required to be paid, then I don't need to volunteer or give permission. The government would have the option to deduct and withhold wages from the paychecks of American citizens. If those like myself don't want to cooperate then we pay the flat rate of (single no deductions) and that's it. So why charge us with penalties and fines or make us pay even more for our not playing the game. Is that fair. Fact is the government hasn't got a clue how to be fair, professional or Human. Just look at what happens to our children when they are sent to war. They come back all Bleeped up and are a lot worse than they were. The only ones who seem to survive it are the evil bastards who end up in government service or the post office. I hate war period, we should always have stronger morals than the evil ones. But who is really evil here. Most American's say they support the troops but not the war. Come On! Get off the bleepen couch you chicken shit lazy welfare Bleeps. We are all responsible for this war. It should never have been allowed, just like wages should never have been taxes. We should investigate the truth behind 911 and hang all the evil ones on national TV during the next election. But we should not be killing people around the world. We should be part of the police force not an assassination squad of teenagers cutting their teeth on the war machine. Damb it. WAKE UP AMERICA, OR THE NEXT WAR IS GOING TO BE IN YOUR BACK YARD.
The War is already IN our Back Yard... and Our Front Yard... And on Every Block in this Nation from Coast to Coast.
WE THE PEOPLE, Know the Brutal Truth of the TREASON being purpetrated against us! And of the War being Waged Against us!
Bush has already said that WE THE PEOPLE, are the ENEMY COMBATANTS in this War.
Bush's Defense Against the Constitution and WE THE PEOPLE...
Under the Military Commissions Act, Bush has Stated, that;
any of WE THE PEOPLE who try to Bring TREASON charges against Him, or any Member of Congress, Shall be Declared Enemy Combatants!
This Proves beyond ANY DOUBT... That the President of the Unites States of America, and all of Congress... ARE TREASONOUS! and ARE CORRUPT... and ARE NOT... FOR UPHOLDING THE CONSTITUTION, OR THE RIGHTS OF ANY MAN OR WOMAN OF THIS NATION!
Yes... I submit that the WAR has indeed, already Spread to Our Back Yards. and I Myself would Classify NYC... as the FRONT YARD of the USA!
