Fear is the key element for the IRS in achieving its mission.

"Fear is the key element for the IRS in achieving its mission. Without fear, the IRS would have a difficult time maintaining our so-called system of voluntary compliance. Given the opportunity the IRS will take the way out and grab whatever it can...the IRS does not care about you or what your future...may be." - Santo Presti, former IRS Criminal Investigation agent and author of "IRS in Action."

For those of you who might think you can go online and down load some document proving the income tax on American labor is legal so you can win the prize being offered by Ed Brown and others, think again. As you can see from this picture the law involves more than you know, "JOEY"

First there is the Constitution of the united States of America, then

9543 pages of title 26 internal revenue code,

5 volumes 150,709 pages code of federal regulations,

Public Laws or acts of congress that created the law? Thousands of pages over 100 years,
Some lost forever in the national archives.

2 Volumes, Bill Benson's "The Law That Never Was",

The Holy Bible since our nation was founded on it's commandments and divine text.

Black's Law dictionary

The Federalist Papers

Then there are all the books written to help you sift through the volumes of codes, statutes, regulations and publications such as,

The Federal Mafia by Irwin Schiff
Cracking the Code by Peter Hendrickson
The Creature from Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin
The Federal Zone by Paul Andrew Mitchell
Constitutional Income, Do you have any? by Phil Hart

Thousands of protester, research and government websites.

Just to name a few. Oh ya! lets not forget the IRS, House of representatives, Library of congress,, Cornell Law School
and the supreme court

There are so many other places you may want to give up right now, so don't ever say we don't do our home work or our own research. This isn't a hobby to most of us.
It's Reality every day.

"Theft by Deception is a thoroughly documented presentation of how and why certain representatives of the federal government spun a statutory and regulatory web of deception that created the myth of a compulsory income tax." - T. Croghan, Attorney, former federal prosecutor, U.S. Department of Justice

The former IRS agents who have researched the law and have resigned and become part of the TAX HONESTY (not tax protester) movement ALL say, to the person, that most IRS and DOJ employees simply don't know any better because they respond to what they have been taught. And, to the person, they say their teaching and training was not done from the LAW, but rather from pamphlets and training manuals.

In other words, the so-called "tax experts" aren't trained in the law, they are trained to believe and perform as the IRS wants them to believe and perform.

We must never rest until we have introduced them to the LIGHT of TRUTH and introduced them to REALITY.

"The few who can understand the system (Federal Reserve) will either be so interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favors, that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of the people, mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantages that capital derives from the system, will bear its burdens without complaint and perhaps without even suspecting that the system is inimical to their interests". - John Sherman, protege of the Rothschild banking family, in a letter sent in 1863 to New York Bankers, Morton, and Gould, in support of the then proposed National Banking Act

Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coast Guardsmen are proud of what they do. When they are in uniform you can see who they are and, when they are not in uniform they take pride in telling you who they are.

People who work for Microsoft or General Motors or Hewlett Packard or Home Depot or most any large company believe in the work they do and in the contributions to society their companies make. They eagerly give you pamphlets or guide you to websites where you can learn more about their employers.

How proud would you be if these were the credentials you could offer for your employer?

I was 8 years old on the millionaire's village tour at Jekyell Island.

They showed me the table where the Federal Reserve Bank was created.

I knew something was wrong right then.
