Congratulations to the Librarians who stopped the "book-burning" orders of the Feds back in the Summer of 2004. Reference: the Federal Asset Forfeiture operating manuals. The Franklin Pierce Law Library in Concord, N.H. is one of these federal depositories. Does anybody know if they were consumer friendly? I doubt it, since they went from an open house to the public having to sign in now. [The current Dean even giving me a NO TRESPASSING Order with copy to the Concord P.D.] The www.fear.org website saying that these manuals are mostly used by defense attorneys to like try to get the gov't to settle for less of the money supposedly owed. To Ed's stand I say more power to him. An "attachment" by lien is a taking, re: theft of the equity borrowing power, and WHEN he wins, the I.R.S. will pay. They will pay big time!
