Special thanks once again to Dave Ridley of "The Ridley Report" for sharing these incredibly timely updates on the pulse of freedom and liberty on the front lines in the "Live Free Or Die" state.

It is common knowledge(or should be by now), that federal agents can(and do)lie to the American people with abandon and without fear of consequences. It should also be clear federal law says if you lie to a federal agent it is a felony(up to 5 years in prison).
"Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001 makes it a crime to: 1) knowingly and willfully; 2) make any materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation; 3) in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative or judicial branch of the United States".
I wouldn't trust any of these agents since lieing is their nature. That's how they took Martha Stewart. Statements don't even have to be under oath.
"In fact some AUSAs specifically send agents out to conduct interviews knowing that a witness will either tell the truth and help build a case against someone else or lie and subject himself to a Section 1001 charge."

If this were me,I would demand all inquiries "in writing", under signature from the requestor so I would have an opportunity to "think" and/or obtain advice of counsel. Why talk to criminals?????
who are experts at making you think they are your best buddy.
