Thurston Bell Case Discussed In Bob Schulz Oral Arguments Audio Recording

As scheduled, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in Manhattan heard oral arguments yesterday regarding the appeal of WTP's Motion to Stay the "6700" injunction issued against WTP by a federal District Court on August 9th.

The Thurston bell case is discussed in this audio recording from yesterday September 19, 2007.

Thurston Bell lost his civil injunction suit and turned his client lists over to the Feds. What a hero.

ha ha ha, Tuva, you are so predictable. As soon as I loaded the page and saw one comment under the "Thurston Bell Case" post I knew it was a comment from you.

You're always a good little bootlicker aren't you?

Like he's going to get a fair trial to begin with on top of a law that's not even clear.

Tuva if you don't already you should go work for the IRS or a related branch of the fed because you would fit right in there.
