Petition in Support of Ed & Elaine Brown

To: U.S. Government.
This petition is in support of Ed and Elaine Brown, a couple who have been convicted of tax evasion by the government of the United States.
This petition will show why the Browns are right, and why their refusal to pay income tax is not only right, but legal.
In fact, the taxes that the Browns are being forced to pay is illegal.
Let us begin.
There are many forms of taxation.
Property, excise, sales, and income are just a few of the commodities that are taxed in the United States.
Of those, income tax is a tax that is based on earnings, with a certain percent going to tax.
Until 1913, there was no such thing as an income tax.
At that time, Congress brought forth the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the federal income tax amendment, which was allegedly ratified in 1913.
To ratify the 16th Amendment, at least 3/4 or 36 of the states had to approve the amendment.
There were 48 states at that time.
Of those 48 states, only two actually ratified the 16th amendment, and those same two may not have done so legally.
In other words, the 16th amendment giving the government the right to tax income, was never made legal.
To put this into more simple terms, it is illegal to collect income tax.
It has been illegal since 1913.
The government has no right to make you pay an income tax.
In fact, it is theft.
In 1913, Secretary of State Philander Knox announced ratification by 38 states, but among those same 38 states, there is absolute proof that:
The Kentucky Senate voted down the resolution by a 22 to 9 vote.
The California legislative assembly never recorded any vote to ratify the 16th amendment.
The State of Minnesota sent nothing to the Secretary of State in Washington.
The California legislative assembly never recorded any votes which means that no one knows how California voted, if it even voted at all.
This all means that the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was never ratified, meaning it was never approved.
So the U.S. Government never had the legal right to collect income tax from its people.
So this means that Ed and Elaine Brown were right in refusing to pay this tax, and the government is wrong.
To add to this petition, the following is a letter that I have written, and has been in newspapers, the Internet, talked about, and more.
It is the truth.
The entire United States Government is guilty of the tax crimes they are blaming Ed and Elaine Brown for.

Not only that but since it was passed off as amended by Secretary of State Philander Knox and signed by the president the only way to undue this amendment is for congress and not the courts to alter. Though fraud was involved in signing this into law, unless congress takes up the issue congress is fully responsible for the outcome, and they know it. When you write your congress person they will send you a form letter about some other issue they are pushing or give off point answers because they know darn well what they are doing. Impeach them all except Paul.
There is simply no refuting the FACT... the 16th was never Ratified. It was the Trick of Philander Knox, Paul WarBurg, J.P. Morgan and John Rockefellar... To Hijack the Constitution utilizing their Newly Founded Federal Reserve Act. Women's Liberation lent a huge contribution to the Rockefellar Plan. Before Women's Lib only half the Population was Taxable under their "LIE". After Women's Lib however... The entire Population was now Taxable under the Federal Reserve "LIE".
But even though it came to be using unlawful means and a mostly absent Congress... The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld (and on several occasions), that it "Gives no further taxation power". As upheld again in the July 11, 2007 Tom Cryer Case, you cannot Tax the Labor of the People... And they can not Cite a Law making most of US Liable to Comply.

Good Idea but it needs to be more about the rule of law and our constitutional RIGHTS rather than gripes about wasted money or just the 16th amendment. We have a petition at We The People for Constitutional Education, and could be modified to include Ed and Elaine and everyone else who feels the same, and in fact does just that. The class action law suit is not finished yet and the foundation can use all the support it can get. Robert Schulz has brought together all the big names on these issues and everyone should read the Conclusions reached by the debated that have already taken place.

The crimes of our government includes the congress, the senate, the executive, and every person who enforced the income tax on American labor since 1913.
They use the 16th amendment as a right to tax Labor against the Supreme Court Rulings.
The Supreme court continues to stand silent as usual.
These taxes can be legally collected without the tax on labor or the IRS
Every state and every law enforcement officer is guilty of breach of office and duty.
The 16th amendment does not authorize a direct tax on labor.
Labor is not Income and wages are not taxable in the law.
The federal reserve and the IRS and the Departments of Treasury and Justice conspire to defraud the American People of life liberty and property for the benefit of CONGRESS.
