The Internal Revenue Code IS impeccably Constitutional, AND it does NOT apply to the average American wage-earner.
See why by viewing the videos at the link above. A Govt website permits Title 26 USC to be data-mined for key phrases such as "taxable income", "eliminated income", etc. The results show exactly to whom the INDIVIDUAL Income Tax applies.
The videos are relatively short, and definitely worth a look. [I'm not preaching to the choir, but to those who still believe that the Fed Income Tax applies to their labor. As for the choir, these videos are great ammunition.]

p.s. The Home Page at www.whatistaxed.com also provides a great seven-step process which shows how the Income Tax (as written) does NOT apply to the average American wage-earner. People who think that it does tend to ignore phrases in the Code such as, "Except as otherwise provided...", or, "Section XXX.X to the contrary notwithstanding..."; those phrases are the key to the deception, and must be researched by anyone attempting to interpret the Code.
The IRS is not legal.
The Browns are right!
