Ed and Elaine Brown Update

Ed Brown was on the show today on the Republic Broadcasting Network from 2-3 pm eastern. Here's the basic update:

1) The first half hour was spent talking with ""Jeff" about his "Great Ron Paul Bumper Sticker Campain."

Ed got a bit testy when we were talking about the incredible grassroots movement that's been supporting Ron Paul all across America. He stated, in so many words, that a. the courts are gone; b. our vote has been taken away from us through rigged elections; c. and he kept hammering home the point that most - if not all - of the police officers, sherrifs, federal marshals, etc. are actually "hired mercenaries" who, as Ed said, "don't care about the rule of law, the Constitution, and simply follow orders from above to protect their paycheck" etc.

2) The Federal Marshal has called We The People Radio Network in Austin TX to inform them of the need to obtain a permit for the "Freedom Jamboree" that they're organizing for this coming Saturday, July 14th.

3) Cirrino - the volunteer/helper who was living with the Browns - was asked to leave after the Browns found out that his father - who visited the Browns recently - was a self-proclaimed/declared "secular humanist" who disavowed a belief in our creator, our Lord God Jesus Christ.

4) Ed and Elaine's neighbor's have written up a survey/petition to request the the Browns stop inviting people to come to their home - some of whom, they claim, may possess - God forbid! - GUNS!! To clarify, the Browns are not formally "inviting" anyone. People visit the Browns out of their own sense of appreciation and thanksgiving for the morally principled stand they have made since January 10, 2007. Today marks 180 days since that fateful day - the last day of their kangaroo/sham "trail."

5) The city of Plainfield NH has formally stated that they will NOT do anything to protect the Browns - ie. provide any security or protection against incursion from forces that seek to either hurt, kill or destroy them and their property in any way. According to Ed there was a follow-up video that was made of the Plainfield NH City Council stating this. We hope to find and post this video online.

6)Supporters of the Browns continue to come. They have been having talks with many folks around the country.

7) A caller from Minnesota suggested that we take the introductory music to our show with Ed and Elaine and make a music video that supports Ron Paul AND Ed and Elaine Brown.

8) A caller from Pennsylvania made the strong point that a "human" is actually a "monster". This was in objection to the information shared by "John" from AZ on the 7/6 show.

9) A very passionate call of support, prayer and thanksgiving was made by a caller from Louisiana who served 17 years in prison. He called to express his thanks for the stand Ed and Elaine are making and stressed that it's going to get very difficult in the days, weeks and months ahead for individuals who try to stand up against the tyranny and corruption in America.
