Brit Hume said on the Fox News Sunday program that it is possible that Republican frontrunner Rudy Giuliani could overcome his convoluted posturing on abortion and secure the Republican presidential nomination in 2008. But Giuliani has some other major problems. These include foreign clients, one of whom is constructing part of the “NAFTA Superhighway” project that has people in Texas and around the nation up in arms.
Evidence shows that NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement involving the U.S., Canada and Mexico, is being expanded without congressional approval or oversight as part of a plan to create an economic and political entity known as the North American Union (NAU). Federal documents uncovered by Judicial Watch quote participants in the scheme as saying that an “evolution by stealth” strategy is being used to put the pieces into place. Rudy Giuliani has been caught in a bizarre lie about WTC 7, in which he claims the building collapsed in stages over a sustained period of time, when in reality the structure fell in under seven seconds. Giuliani also reveals that he expected the twin towers to collapse but "not in the way they did."

Oh goody, the phony 13th amendment hoax. No conspiracy blog would be complete with the missing 13th and a bunch of gold flag fringe!
And please learn to read the Constitutio, Fred. Giuliani was not a federal employee when he was knighted so there was no, and still is no, violation of the Constitution.
It was a proposed and rejected amendment, sadly. I'd love to keep Rudy out with the Constitution...
It was included in the Articles of Confederation wasn't it though?

Personal Opinion: All this talk of FICTIONS, corporate conspiracies, legal technicalities really don't matter.
Just because I say I'm not a citizen or a CORPORATE ENTITY doesn't mean the US Government can't lock me up for violations of their laws. We are subject to them because we live here and they have the guns to back it up. Legal technicalities created years ago don't matter if the ruling "authority" doesn't play by those rules anymore.
Not everything must be a conspiracy either. 9/11 is too complex and difficult to try to pull off as an inside job. Much easier to allow a FTO to pull it off and use the vacuum for power.
Faces on Mars and Buildings in California can look like one thing they are not when viewed at an angle they were never meant to be.
The problem is our government is broken and needs to either be fixed from the inside, or overthrown.
I give it till 11/08 for the former option. After that start planning for option two.
Someone there should have shown Him the Larry Silverstein Video. The One where He admits they "PULLED IT"
Then they should have asked Him Exactly how many People He helped MURDER in WTC 7, and how many Years in PRISON He thinks he should get for Playing His part.
I believe the term and the use of saying 'pull the building' was to remove the firefighters from the building and leave it be.
Does anyone have any idea how hard it is to wire a building for demolition?
