Move over Michael Moore: Meet Aaron Russo

Fri Mar 30, 2007 at 03:28:34 AM PDT

This documentary America: Freedom to Fascism by Aaron Russo is a must see. A real eye-opener in many ways.

We at Kos think we're on top of everything in the political arena, or so I thought. But there are some very un-American things that continue to dupe us and in VERY big ways.

For instance, Did you know that there is no LAW that says we have to pay income tax?

Civil disobedience NOW seems to be the only way to stop this insidious reality that has been in the works since 1913.

Many of us have at least recognized the wrongs around us. Many of us have diaried about bits and pieces of some of thes happenings, but this America: Freedom to Fascism by Aaron Russo puts it all together. Click here for more.

Um... yes there is a law. It's called the 16th Amendment to our Constitution.

"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

Hey Ellie:

Try reading the Internal Revenue Code. That is what one is to refer to in order to determine who and what is taxed. They only expressly tax foreign trade, income from foreign sources, tobacco and liquor. Give it a read, if you can. It's so complex most people just give up and pay, although most aren't required to do so. The constitution also gives us the right to bear arms, but the Feds confiscated the guns of New Orleans residents after hurricane Katrina, leaving them unable to defend their homes and families. Explain that, or do you think the constitution only applies sometimes?

16th amendment can not alter the constitution. See yesterdays comments by Bill Price.

The supreme court is not inapplicable.

title 26 does not define Income, and labor is not directly taxed as income anywhere.

Also, the sixteenth amendment (lawfully or unlawfully passed), goes against what the first article of the constitution states about apportionment. Something says to me that no matter what law exist, our Founding Father's would be a bit annoyed at this.

Enough I'd say, to start another revolt.

The 16th was not Legally Ratified, and supposing it were, there is no law that makes you Liable. There is no Statute, therefore no liability.

If you consider unlawful enforcement, unlawful liens/levy's, unlawful assesment and collection, unlawful convictions, and unlawful misuse of the Paperwork Reduction Act... Most Americans could sue the IRS right now and have them all arrested.
Problem is... It would also lead to Indictments and Convictions of Lawyers, Judges, Bank Employees and Agents from multiple Agencies and Offices within our infrastructure.

This is why they make themselves immune by denying the PEOPLE'S PETITIONS FOR REDRESS. This is why they do not answer the questions of the PEOPLE, and it is precicely the reason a Judge can say; "I WILL NOT ALLOW THE LAW OR THE CONSTITUTION IN MY COURTROOM!" and then literally "INSTRUCT" the Jury to "FIND THE LAW AS I GIVE IT TO YOU"

Here Ellie... This link's for You.
And Ellie... You most likely, are not liable.
