Ron Paul on the 16th Amendment

"Still, Article I makes it clear that the census should be taken every ten years for the sole purpose of congressional redistricting (and apportionment of taxes, prior to the disastrous 16th amendment)."
-Rep. Ron Paul, February 9, 2007

Source (penultimate paragraph)

Apparently, Ron Paul believes that the 16th Amendment removed the apportionment requirement from direct taxation of all Americans.

The 16th Amendment has absolutely nothing to do with INCOME TAX upon US CITIZENS... As Upheld by the Supreme Court Time and Time again. Because it was never granted the Power to do so in the first place.

It's a simple matter of FACT... And LAW... That Judges today will not allow in OUR Courts, even though They KNOW IT.

The IRS the DOJ and the Treasury will not allow ANY JUDGE to Acknowledge the LAW... Which DOES INCLUDE... CITIZENS WHO ARE NOT... TAXABLE BY LAW... BY WAY OF AN INCOME TAX!
