Chuck Conces Defies Tyranny
Chuck Conces was smiling and waving me into the visitor’s room at the Newago County Jail. I was checked in by a polite Newago marshal who verified my name on the visitor list. After having me sign in, the marshal, in a professional yet friendly tone said, “Enjoy your visit.”, and I did. Chuck Conces is about six foot four or five so there were a few extra orange strips on his shirt and I immediately noticed his waistline looked smaller. So I told Chuck, “you look good in orange” and we laughed. Mary was trying to get some logistical details taken care of concerning Chuck’s prison account, and exchange information on what to do regarding unfinished business at home, so we traded the phone back and forth. Mary Conces is a real peach. Chuck Conces is in great spirits, but 30 minutes in a three, sometimes four-way conversation, isn’t conducive to getting much resolved. Chuck did tell me that he was able to file his appeal of rights with the court clerk in Grand Rapids and that they should have received it Friday. The appeal will be forwarded to the 6th Circuit Court this coming week. Once the appeal is formally filed with the circuit court, they will eventually have to release Chuck, as he is acting on his own behalf.
The Silence is Deafening
Things have a way of becoming conspicuous by their absence, and the longer things remain unsaid the more deafening the silence becomes. The lack of any real evidence offered by the DOJ for their allegations looms larger with every passing day. Where are your witnesses, DOJ? Where are the records supporting your allegations, DOJ? The DOJ’s request to have Conces remanded amounts to nothing more than finding an effective way of silencing their “adversary”. Excuse me! Judge Quist, did you take the following oath that the law demands of you in Title 28? If so, when will our friend Chuck Conces get his equal right to have the DOJ answer questions and produce documents? Such as, provide a copy of the authorization according to IRC 7401. IRC 7401 is the necessary statute for enabling the Department of Justice, to file a civil suit against Charles F. Conces.

So help me God.
Excuse me! Judge Quist, you jailed Chuck Conces because the DOJ wasn’t satisfied with the Lawman’s answers to their questions. Yet, there is no evidence (witness testimony, documentation, etc) that any other answers exist. But, the Hon Quist is allowing the DOJ to play dumb to the paramount question of: Where is the DOJ’s authorization for the civil lawsuit they filed against Chuck Conces?
IRC Sec.7401; AUTHORIZATION: “No civil action for the collection or recovery of taxes, or of any fine, penalty or forfeiture, shall be commenced unless the secretary (of the Treasury) authorizes the proceedings and the Attorney General or his delegate directs that the action be commenced.”
“There was no violation, because there was no civil lawsuit. There was no lawsuit because there was no Authorization.”
Judge Quist, where is the faithful impartiality demanded by your oath? Or has the Hon. Quist taken said oath? The Hon. Quist has so far refused to provide the public a copy. His silence is getting almost as deafening as the DOJ’s.
Twelve Ignorant Men
A funny thing happened to me on the way home from visiting a prisoner at the Newago County Jail. I stopped to buy some padded envelopes for my Aaron Russo DVD’s at Office Max. The checkout clerk noticed that I had an “America Freedom to Fascism” DVD in hand. He said, “I just burned a couple of those last night.” As we were commiserating, both of us realized that we were standing right next to a new “Turbo Tax” display, the latest government “income” tax propaganda gimmick. When we looked back at one another I had the sense that we had just taken a little trip to the future. You see folks its all over, the fraud that was once reality for Mr. and Ms. Average is melting. More evidence of this is that the DOJ is afraid to let people like Chuck Conces go to trial, because every week that passes diminishes the DOJ’s chances of seating 12 ignorant men.
We will and must pursue our remedies in the courts, but the ultimate remedy will come when the truth prevails. The only way to free America will be to use our greatest weapon, the truth. That truth will open all the mental locks that have been forged on the minds of American’s through media sophistry.
Freedom to Fascism, an Orwellian Odyssey
“Come writers and critics who prophesize with your pen – keep your eyes open wide this chance won’t come again – and don’t speak too soon for the wheel is still in spin, and there’s no telling who it will be naming …. for the times they are a changing…” Bob Dylan 1964.
Lately some writers and critics have tried to forewarn the middle class of the coming crisis. Pat Buchanan’s effort to sound the alarm against NAFTA, GATT and the WTO, is a recent example. The media conglomerates have shown time and again just how easily they can manage such forays into the public consciousness. The wheel of fate alluded to in Dylan’s song has come to rest. Names have been named, places revealed, dates are now known and the future then, now occupies its place in history.
George Orwell would have been pleased to see this day in America. Orwell’s novels “Animal Farm” and “1984” predicted a state of totalitarianism in the world. Regrettably, Orwell did not live to see the phenomena you are about to witness. The movie “America, Freedom to Fascism” is an expose’ on the Federal Income Tax, the Federal Reserve Banking/system and finally the facts about an international cartel that has been very busy “arranging” your entire future. It is more powerful than anything you have seen. Ironically, these world planners featured in Aaron Russo’s movie, have something in common with George Orwell, their most notable critic. The cartel’s global plan for the middle class, and the title of Mr. Orwell’s most famous book, could very well share the same name, “Animal Farm”
“Animal Farm” released in 1945 was an ominous warning to the world. There was another ominous release that year, the atomic bombs over Nagasaki and Hiroshima. “Freedom to Fascism” was released in 2006 and with it, something even more powerful than the atomic bomb, the truth.
“Gather round people wherever you roam, and admit that the waters around you have grown - so you better start swimming or you’ll sink like a stone, if to you your time is worth saving, for the times they are a changing…”

Yeah! Like Clara Peller used to say on those 1980s TV commercials for Dave Thomas' "Wendy's" restaurant hamburgers against the other places: "Where's the Beef?" Or in other words: Where's the T.O./ Treasury Order #150-10 of 1982? It's not in the Federal Register, as required by 44 USC 1505(a) because it "is limited to government".
