Writ of Error Filed in Brown Case

A Writ of Error was filed by a David Everett Robinson acting by special appearance on behalf of Ed and Elaine Brown. The writ was promptly dismissed by order of Judge Steven McAulliffe for various reasons.
Perhaps a proper writ of error should be submitted citing irreversible errors in the jury instructions. It would also be helpful if Judge McAuliffe could explain his conclusions of law that the jury was sworn to uphold. Many across the nation have been questioning these laws for some time. The DOJ, IRS and elected officials have all struggled to produce a law that would convince members of the tax honesty movement of their liability.
