Message From Joe Banister

The stinging defeat suffered by the income tax enforcement apparatus barely slowed them down. My hopes for a little time to breathe after having survived a full court press to imprison me were dashed when the California Board of Accountancy (CBA), the agency that oversees Certified Public Accountants (“C.P.A.s”) like me, which had already been investigating me in connection with the IRS “disbarment” debacle, stepped up their efforts to revoke my “C.P.A.” license using the IRS “disbarment” as the pretext for doing so. The IRS also stepped up their civil inquiries into my personal affairs.

March 27, 2004 THE BIG INCOME TAX SHOW!

Dave Champion discusses the moral imperative behind proper tax administration.
Which "tax" are we talking about?
16th Amendment: What did it really do?
Federal courts say that the Tax Code “relates to taxpayers, and not to nontaxpayers”.
Dave breaks down Subtitle ‘A’ (entitled “Income Tax”) of the Internal Revenue Code so you can understand it.
Who is “made liable” for Subtitle ‘A’ tax?
What do the regulations say about who is required to the use of Taxpayer Identification Numbers?
Form W-9: What force and effect, if any; and for whom?
Dave points out how certain parts of the Code have to be “reverse engineered” to understand what is truly intended.
What is the proper role of Information Reporting, and upon whom?
These questions answered, and more!

Joe Banister's attorney ADMITTED that Joe Banister had been paying his taxes all along, which is why he wasn't charged with his personal tax evasion during the Al Thompson case.

Joe "paid" but never filed. Get your facts straight. He publically stated this for years. It wasn't any secret.

That's right, Joe "paid".

Good leadership, Joe! The rest of you should follow his lead.
