Another totally illusory "challenge" since the Feds are about to take Ed's home as part of the criminal forfeiture proceedings anyway. That is like offering a "reward" of a yacht that is about to be destroyed by a hurricane -- it is no reward at all.
Put up $10,000 (or more) in an escrow and have an independent arbiter determine if the challenge was met, and I WILL GLADFULLY ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE. Hell, I will pay $10,000 if an independent arbiter says that "there is no law".
That is my challenge. Now, PUT UP OR SHUT UP!!!!!!!!

I believe Casey got the information wrong. I don't believe their home is the property in question. Ed said that the property in question was NOT their home, but we reported Casey's post to support the cause.
The exact nature of the offer will be posted as any other official contract which you can either accept or pass on.
Is there some way Ed can reach you? Have you ever picked up the phone and spoken to Ed?
There are many others across the country who we believe are willing to pledge assets into an escrow account to get this contract offer off the ground.
With or without a controversy we'll know one way or another for the government will not be party the action, but we can all call on them to provide the evidence, law and facts to support the truth.
I don’t believe that I ever said that Ed’s property was in question with respects to anything other than Ed’s offer to give his $1,000,000 dollar home to anyone who can show him the law. Yes this is official, Ed will give you his home valued at one million dollars if you show him the law that makes him liable for an income tax imposed upon on his wages and compensation.
Where is the escrow account?
Who will be the independent arbiter who will decide if the challenge is met?
Seems like two VERY fair questions to ask.

Actually, I must come back and correct myself. I may have misheard or misunderstood which property Ed was offering as reward.
When I listened to Doug Kenline’s interview with Ed, it sounds like he is referring to an office building…? If this is the case, then I had it completely wrong, and apologize for that.
Hopefully more clarity will be brought with respects to the property issue on tomorrow’s broadcast at RBN, if it is not, I will be sure to call and get clarification.
My goodness, I had no clue how much property he owned. From my phone call with him I thought he was talking about his house. But maybe I just absent minded thought his house when he said property.
The winner of any reward will be the person who is allowed to present evidence in court, present witnesses and a real defense against the government witnesses infront of a fully informed jury on live TV and every one would have to agree that yes there is a law. But I stake my life on my belief that person would be found not guilty every time. Even taking willfullness out of the equation and making it just about the statutes and constitution there is no way a fully informed jury would find anyone in Ed's situation quilty of anything more than standing up for his GOD given rights. Put yourself in his shoes, our shoes. We have been honest, up front with our beliefs and have never tried to hide from the situation we put ourselves in because it's the right thing to do. Joe Banister said "come and get me, I'm right here, I'm not trying to get away with anything." Well? Here we are and we're not going away.
