I will add my own case to a list of cases like Eds for the purpose of consolidation and appeal to the supreme court.
But escrow it into a bank account, and have a non-partisan arbiter decide if the challenge has been met or not.
Otherwise, it is illusory. Even if the challenge was met, Ed would say that it is not and refuse to pay the money.
Yes, we already have 50K from WTP "in the bank". Another fellow called into the show today to offer $1000. This is only just the beginning. Stay tuned!
Some one or group of individuals needs to step forward to "show us the law". Every true American should offer up support for this cause.
Who would/could be against this offer?
Every case that ever was or ever will be could/should be consolidated into ONE (1) massive cause of action. Just like what happened when the Supreme Court overturned the "separate but equal" nonsense.
I just want you to put it into an escrow account and have an independent arbiter decide if the challenge was met or not.
That's all.
If you do that, then I will also deposit an EQUAL SUM into the same escrow account and Ed can have it if I can't show the law.
