We just got off the phone with Ed Brown. He claims we are no longer supporting him which is false on it's face. There are individuals inside Ed's home who have been spreading lies about Jim, the creator or, and now these lies have been attached to the people who have been supporting Ed & Elaine at this blog.

As a result, we are respectfully withdrawing our support from Ed and Elaine Brown. Aaron Russo will NOT be appearing on the Republic Broadcasting Network show today. We will NOT be supporting Ed & Elaine in distributing thousands of copies of Aaron's movie throughout New Hampshire. Ed seems to be on a destructive course and there's nothing we can do to stop this.

Anonymous Anonymous said...

Just as well, since Ed has said several times that Aaron Russo is "an asshole".

Ed and Elaine are just two tax cheats, nothing more and nothing less. They didn't have a good reason not to pay taxes, which is why they didn't even attempt to put on a defense.

At least Irwin Schiff, by contrast, really believed in his position. Ed and Elaine never believed in any position, they just wanted not to pay taxes and started looking for a theory only after they were convicted.

There is a good reason why less than a half-dozen people have come to Ed's support: He's a nut. Finally, you too figure this out.

Your comments are very unwise and very unfair. Whatever Ed Brown is or is not, he is 100% correct in stating that there is no law making him liable for Federal Income Taxes and this is true for about 97% of the people of this nation. Let us put aside the personalities of such matters and look at what is the truth and what is a lie. We need to forgive one another in our faults and errors especially during times of great difficulty and trial. You speak so easy from the comfort of your home unimpeaded. Now, either there is a law making Ed Brown liable, or there isn't. Who is the liar here?
Who is the cheat here?
Can you answer that question?

I don't believe Ed is a nut. I believe Ed is under a lot of stress, more than any of us realize, more than he realizes.

Fred alludes to a certain someone also poisoning his relationship with Ed. I know that the certain someone has poisoned my relationship with Ed, but I am going to continue on, with or without Ed's endorsement. I have to. I see that they were not given a fair trial, that the jury was not instructed as to the law, and I see the court's and the prosecution's criminal efforts to hide the fact that there appears to be no law.

I have been sifting throught he case since 6am this morning... every court document I can get my hands on, and I see it, plain as day.

I will be posting a draft of my findings with supporting documentation on EdBrown.Org sometime today, hopefully.

It is a long drawn out process, reading, finding, footnoting, linking to online documents, etc, but it will be worth a read when it is done.

Ed and Elaine may not have put on the best defense, but the prosecution put out no REAL case. Without showing the "law" there is no case.

With the tremendous amount of stress this man [Ed Brown and wife] is under why don't you give him the benefit of the doubt? Good gracious, work it out. There has never been a better opportunity to engage so many people on such an important issue. If you don't work this out you are going to make many people look like fools... including yourselves.

Whoever wrote the comment is obviously il-informed or a government agent! The reason being simply that the Browns DID, IN FACT, attempt to 'put on a defense'; however, he was railroaded in a kangaroo court & that is exactly why he didn't attend the last couple days of his the court proceedings!

If anyone doesn't believe the foregoing to be true, look @ the official court transcripts & you'll see that virtually every motion to enter evidence &/or witnessess, by the Browns, was UNfairly denied by the judge!

First of all, my purpose with the following question is not to demean Ed one iota. I merely wish to put into context the "!%$*ole" comment to Aaron Russo.

Would anyone be able to post a link to said audioblog, so I may give it a listen?

You know what... I think that is cop out! If You're mad at Ed Brown... Don't take it out on We The People by not distributing Aaron's Movie! Not Distributing Aaron's Movie only serves to hinder the People from learning the truth about Taxes. What are you? A Fed?

Oh... I'm sorry... You must be working for the IRS. Only someone that Blind, and with that much Motive, would try to stop Aaron's Movie from being Distributed in NH!

In case You've forgotten... This is not Just about Ed and Elaine Brown! It's about Your Children and Mine, Growing up and becomming a Slave as we have been, only with a microchip inside them to prevent any escape from it.

The reason only 6-12 People have shown up, is because they're all scared, Blackmailed by the Government, or Work for the Govt. Which one are You? If you're not going to be part of the solution, then that makes you part of the problem. And it matters not when in someone’s life they choose to do research on tax laws and the Constitution. The bottom line is this... They Chose to research and learn this simple fact: American Citizens who only derive income from within the U.S. are not now, and never have been Taxable by way of income Tax.

Our State Government is supposed to aid We The People in bringing The FEDERAL GOVT. to justice. The Federal Govt. derives all of it's Power from the Constitution of the United States, and From We the People. When the Fed tries to usurp our Rights and Liberties... When the FED Abuses it’s Power, or Claims ANY Authority not Granted by The Constitution, Our State Government and Federal Judges are supposed to help We The People to Set them straight... (By granting DUE PROCESS, and By (Allowing ALL the statutes to be read in light of the Constitution!) You...(being angry with Ed Brown) Are Acting just like the Federal Govt... Vindictive and Destructive of this Man's Rights under the Constitution, and Vindictive of Other's (Aaron Russo) Who share the Same Feelings as ED BROWN About illegal Taxes imposed on Americans. If You cannot see this... Then you know nothing of the Constitution, and are as ignorant as the Lawmakers who Continue to allow the Abuse of the Constitution by the Federal Government and the IRS. And since You’ve Basically now Become a two faced, Crooked, Govt. Supporter, Nothing you say in Defence of “We The People” will be heard or listened to by “WE THE PEOPLE” And, since You supposedly started out speaking FOR “We The People”,
The Government won’t trust you either. You My Homely Friend… Simply do not know what you Believe in.

Let's Face a simple Fact here... 1913 was not that long ago People... But it's just long enough for the Federal Government to have almost completely burried the truth! My point is this... Your Grandmother's Grandmother NEVER had to pay an Income Tax!!! So why the hell are we paying it now? I give to You: "Theft by Deception" "The Law that Never Was" "America, Freedom to Fascism" And finally... People who care about the Truth not only for themselves, But for you and yours... ie. (ED BROWN). So if you are so torn as to your own beliefs, The go join the masses of scared little sheep that the Federal Government has corralled in this Great Country, and Live under their shadow forever, Believing the GREAT LIE.

Below is a Blog I Posted last week:

Check out a google video called "Theft by Deception"
And watch the whole thing!

This is a good Link: - Outstanding Video!

This is the only Tax Law Video the FEDERAL GOVT. is afraid of today. It is the only one which actually has the Potential to Take Down the Federal Reserve. If you want to become a Truely Informed Citizen, you must not only watch Aaron Russo's "AFTF", but You must also consider the undeniable truth of "Theft by Deception" as well ad Bill Benson's "The Law that Never was"

Only after alot of carefull Research, can We Prove Ourselves and bring the Truth of the Constitution to Light once again... and even then, We must carefully choose an appropriate means of Presenting our evidence to the People of this Great Nation.

In reviewing the Brown's Case, I have discovered a few of Eds Motions that the Presiding Judge was in fact, obligated to Grant... If you Research the NH STATE CONSTITUTION, then review Ed Brown's Case, You will see this to be Evident.

Of coarse I do Believe in a Fair Trial, And no... I do not think the Brown's recieved a Fair Trial. Hell... You couldn't call it anything more than a complete defiling of the Constitution.

In these Cases, the law is clear... Under 1.61-1... Every Statute has to be read! The Judge Absolutely denied this to the Brown's and in fact... Railroaded them! Let's not forget here... That our State Government is supposed to Protect it's People from Federal Govt. Harrassment or injustice.

I would submit to you all, the possibility that this Judge was Elected by You, to Protect Your Const. Rights and Liberties, Yet Paid off by the Federal Govt. or the IRS itself, to not allow the Evidence submitted by the Browns.

If I was this Judge now... I would tread very lighty around Topics of Tax Law vs. Constitional Law... And I certainly would be Living within Library of Congress, READING THE REAL LAW... Because if they DID... I have no doubt that the Browns would have Justice.

Anyone who wishes to debate this with me should visit the Library of Congress, and watch "Theft by Deception" before mailing me.

Besides... I cannot Convince you! Educate Yourself! And instead of trying to Convince Others, Just encourage them to do the same.

I Do not However, recommend Throwing yourself Head First into the Big Toe of the Federal Government.

NH does not have a Regulated Militia, as it should. Our Constitutional Rights to form a Militia were Adopted into the Constitution for this very Reason. For times when Not only the Federal, But the STATE GOVERNMENT denies us the right to Submit Evidence on our Behalf. Our Right to form a WELL REGULATED MILITIA was Bestowed upon the People as our "DUTY" to put Corrupt forms of Government out of Power.

I Believe however, that what Ed needs most is a good Speaker on his behalf...A better Video/Storyline Editor, and a few Amateur Radio enthusiasts to help spread the word. You can be sure Ed's Case is being Contained Locally by the Govt. and Mainstream Media....

If you really want to help Ed and Elaine Brown... Leave all the talk of Guns and Gas Masks out when considering how to Help in their Defence.

Consider for a moment... What will help them more?... 20 Men Armed with Weapons? 50 Men? or perhapse, the same amount of Men Armed with only the Constitution of the U.S., the "Theft by Deception" Video, and a shit load of Cameras and Radio Equiptment?

C'mon People... This is an age of Information and Technology... An age where Slow Scan Television and Radio waves can expidite Information faster than by any other means! Any Amateur Radio Tech, General or Extra class Licensee Should help this man.

The FCC does not Prohibit discussions of Politics, Religion or Economics, as long as you Operate within their Guidelines, your Equiptment and Logs are kept in accordance with their Rules. This of coarse includes all regulations regarding MPE (Max. Permissable Exposure) of RF Energy.

Thanks for your time...

I think some consideration should be given to the situation and the focus continue on informing the people.

This type of behavior is one of the reasons that we will find ourselves without a country. United we stand ... Divided we fall.

Reconcile your differences, shake hands, accept others for whom they are and CONTINUE to move forward calling attention to this situation, educating the public.

Fred, great job on your "attempt" to help out Ed Brown. Too bad he went off the deep end (or maybe he was there all along) You are doing a hell-of-a-job coordinating, monitoring and reporting on all that you do. Don't feel too bad about Ed, he chose his path long ago it seems.

Hopefully he won't drag others along with him. It may be worth
considering him as a potential aggravator working for the other side - who knows. It's a dirty, dirty information war we've got here.

Petty bickering and internal dissention have been the down fall of many. Do I believe that JiminNy is a blackmailer?? No! Do I believe that Anthony is a spy for the Feds?? No! What I do see is the breakdown of unit cohesion via mistrust and miscommunication a truly sad state of affairs. I havent seen any proof of the assertions Ive seen made on some of these blogs. And I dont see that anyone has been hurt by them. A bunch of he said she said bullshit as far as im concerned. that can only serve to remove the focus from the true issues of the day. Say what? Listen up People who created this blog, you are doing exactly what "they" want you to do. How can you withdraw you support, sure Ed is under a little stress, he is only about to lose his life first and foremost, how many of you are willing to lay down his life? Jesus said the greatest love anyone has is to lay down his life for his friends. Everybody wants to go to heaven, but no one wants to die! Ed is willing to die for this cause. You are withdrawing your support, how about laying down your life? They may take Ed's life (which "they" will pay for with their lifes, you indeed reap what you sow, God is not mocked) We all need to stick together on this matter. Thurston's idea is correct we must maintain credibility, how much of that will you have if you take down this Blog. I have visited with this site since the day it went up and have found it to be a Blessing to the cause. I to listen to yesterday's show and found it to be in the wrong spirit. Ed has done everything he can to maintain this cause. It is crediable it is the TRUTH. Listen folks no one wants violence but you can file all the paper work you want and your paperwork can be right on but our adversery doesn't care what the law is. They believe that they are the law. Why do you think the founders of this country gave us the 2nd in event that didn't heed the 1st that is why

"Serious" is a qualifying statement that only serves to label those who disagree with the IRS's opinion as "not serious" while avoiding the fact that many Constitutional scholars do, in fact undertand that the IRS is crooked, you just don't think they're serious.

That statement only proves YOUR ignorance in an attempt to protray those who study the Constitution as siding with those who aim to destroy it. But, in order to destroy something, it sure would be heplful to study it. I'll bet that's who you've listened to.

I apologize... I should've specified that My 1st Comment was directed only to:

"The Creators of This Blog Who Have REMOVED THEIR SUPPORT FROM ED BROWN"
And from "We The People"

You must not Believe too strongly about anything, when You so easily give up fighting for those Beliefs.

Other People have put their very Lives on the Line, in order to hand you the Ball they've been carrying, and they expect you to run with it, and pass it on... Not Drop it. People like You are just as dangerous to Our Cause as the IRS itself... Because people who give up that easily on their Beliefs can also be Bought.
We all appreciate your efforts to create this Blog, But if you never Believed in the Cause to begin with... Then why did you Create it in the 1st place? And why then would you not allow Aaron's Movie to be distributed in NH? Being Mad at Ed Brown is not an excuse to take it out on Aaron Russo. I believe that you have been Compromised by Govt. Officials, Shut down, warned, and then told what to do.
If you cannot think for yourself... If you do not believe in the Constitution of the U.S... And if you Help to Conceal the TRUTH... Then you are simply a Brainless, Moral-less Puppet whose strings are being manipulated by the Fingers of Government.

If however this is not the Case, then you will leave the Blog in place.
Truth be told... This blog only exists because the FED allows it in the 1st place. They will use your blog to compile a list of Constitutional Believers, and then they will Monitor all of us under the PATRIOT and MILLITARY COMMISSIONS ACTS. Those who speak too Boldly, and try to organize will be hindered in their efforts, if not Arrested, and labeled "enemy combatant" or "Enemy of the State".

They will Gather their information using "Carnivore" in conjunction with ther "DCS2000 system" and by monitoring all phone conversations placed or recieved. THE GOVT CAN LISTEN TO YOU THROUGH YOUR CELL PHONE, EVEN IF IT IS TURNED OFF! as proof of this, here is a link... Watch this video clip. Also know... That as I am Licensed in Amateur Radio, I know this to be Factual information.

Please keep your Blog open to the Public. And More importantly Sir... Please keep Firm Hold of your Beliefs. The only thing you could Possibly trade them for... Is your Soul.

This matter has to do with two different missions. The mission of AFTF is to inform people, so that people can make up their own minds about how to deal with the corruption within the federal and state governments of this country. Ed Brown’s mission, and I have had many interactions with him about this, currently seems stuck on only a militant approach. If AFTF remains attached at the hip to Ed Brown, the public may consider that AFTF endorses militancy, or is utilizing the DVD to incite militancy. Ed DOES have an option other than fighting this matter in court. Read about it within an article that I’ve written on Ed’s situation on my website:

10-17-06: President Bush signs into law one that does not exist!
On Oct. 17, 2006, President Bush signs into law the Military Commissions Act of 2006, or that's what he thinks along with most every one else including Congress, but he signed it 14 countable days after Congress adjourned, thus failing to return a bill that violated Article I, Section 9, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constition.
9-30-2006: Leaving behind a pile of unfinished work, members of the scandal-rocked U.S. Congress adjourned and went home on Saturday to ask voters to re-elect them in five weeks. - Reuters

The House passed S. 3930 with a 250-170 vote on 9/29/06.

Here are the Constitutional violations:
Article I. - The Legislative Branch; Section 7 - Revenue Bills, Legislative Process, Presidential Veto
Article I. - The Legislative Branch; Section 9 - Limits on Congress
Article II. - The Executive Branch; Section 4 - Disqualification

Watch soon for more of the revealing information of our President.
Article I. - The Legislative Branch; Section 7 - Revenue Bills, Legislative Process, Presidential Veto
If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law.
Violation: President Bush signed into law the Military Commissions Act of 2006 - 4 days beyond the Constitional limit of Congress' adjournment, thus being an accessory to treason.

Article I. - The Legislative Branch; Section 9 - Limits on Congress
No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
Violation: The Military Commissions Act of 2006 denies any person from any civil rights.
`Sec. 948b. Military commissions generally
`(g) Geneva Conventions Not Establishing Source of Rights- No alien unlawful enemy combatant subject to trial by military commission under this chapter may invoke the Geneva Conventions as a source of rights.
Violation: The Military Commissions Act of 2006 includes those that may have already been charged with some crime.
`Sec. 948a. Definitions
`In this chapter:
`(1) UNLAWFUL ENEMY COMBATANT- (A) The term `unlawful enemy combatant' means--
`(ii) a person who, before, on, or after the date of the enactment of the Military Commissions Act of 2006, has been determined to be an unlawful enemy combatant by a Combatant Status Review Tribunal or another competent tribunal established under the authority of the President or the Secretary of Defense.
`Sec. 948d. Jurisdiction of military commissions
`(a) Jurisdiction- A military commission under this chapter shall have jurisdiction to try any offense made punishable by this chapter or the law of war when committed by an alien unlawful enemy combatant before, on, or after September 11, 2001

Consider this:
10-17-06: Bush is Now EXEMPT from Treason Charges
Any person that requests to have Treason charges made against President Bush, or any Congressman, has now been declared as an enemy combatant.
Today, 135 years to the day after the last American President (Ulysses S. Grant) suspended habeas corpus, President Bush signed into law the Military Commissions Act of 2006.
Kent Hovind conducts the most popular broadcast on Truth Radio. October 17 begins a Federal Court trial in Pensacola, Florida.
And now he and his wife can be considered enemy combatants.
He is currently charged with 58 federal crimes, including separate counts of making threats against federal officials, filing false complaints and tax evasion.

He thought thousands of people were going to jump up and run to NH to surround his house.

Yeah right! No one cares. America is long gone and has been for a very long time. A bunch of "patriot" bloggers is not going to change anything at all as you can clearly see by the massive LACK of response already.

Running around the streets holding a bunch of cardboard signs is like trying to put out a forrest fire with a mouthful of water.

And for further Confirmation:

The top repetitive families in Skull and Bones are known because in 1985 a disgruntled Skull and Bones member leaked rosters to a private researcher, Antony C. Sutton. Many people believe that the membership of Skull and Bones had been totally secret.

However the membership for each year is held in the Yale University archives. The membership rosters cover the years 1833-1985, with some additional years.

This original leaked 1985 data was kept privately for over 15 years, as Sutton feared that the xeroxed pages could somehow identify the member who leaked it. The information was finally reformatted as an appendix in the book Fleshing out Skull and Bones by editor, researcher, and writer Kris Millegan, who published it in 2003.

The data shows that certain families have been well represented, and that these happen to be related to each other as well - such as the Cheney family, Taft family, Whitney family, Walker family, and Adams family. Other subordinate members are often related to these families.

Other core family names are common. However, not all initiates in these families are as interrelated as the above group. This second category of core families covers such names as Smith, Allen, Brown, Clark, White, Day, Johnson, Jones, Miller, Stewart, Thompson, Cheney, Taft, Williams.
For an example of the predilection of certain core families being embedded in Skull and Bones (or vice versa), here are the top 15 families in Skull and Bones with 10+ Members (over 1833-1985, with occasional later years available:

* Smith (15)
* Walker (15)
* Allen (13)
* Brown (13)
* Clark (12)
* White (12)
* Day (11)
* Johnson (11)
* Jones (11)
* Miller (11)
* Stewart (11)
* Thompson (11)
* Cheney (10)
* Taft (10)
* Williams (10)

The Skull and Bones Tomb was rumored to hold Geronimo's skull, which inspired Native American activist and Apache chief Ned Anderson to try to force a search and a DNA test. He would face many obstacles. As a Yale student in 1918, Prescott Bush, former Connecticut Senator, father of President George H. W. Bush and grandfather to President George W. Bush, had dug up the skull himself with two other students from its federal burial ground at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and presented it as a gift to the fraternity.

The FBI refused to enter the fray unless Anderson removed himself from the investigation and turned over any evidence he had, an offer Anderson refused. Anderson then claimed, with several pieces of evidence, that he had met with Jonathan Bush, the brother of then-Vice-President George H. W. Bush, who presented the infamous skull.
So Don't exclude entirely the "Illuminati Theory" until once again... you have done your HomeWork!

Now, the goal of the Skulls and Bones is the same as all secret

-David Buren (D-Okla) is chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee.
He was iniatied in 1963.
-Sen. John Chaffe (R-R.I.), Former Navy Secretary and on the Senate

-Sen. John Heinz (R.-PA.) was killed in an airplane crash and

Skull & Bones: The Secret Society That Unites John Kerry and President Bush
Listen | Watch

ALEXANDRA ROBBINS: Little to none. And when people have tried to ask him about it, he clams up. I heard this second hand. I didn't actually watch the show myself. I don't know how reliably to take this, but somebody told me that Kerry was asked by Tim Russert on "Meet the Press" directly about Skull and Bones, and according to the person who saw this he said, Kerry looked like he was about to pass out. He wouldn't say a word. People don't think much about Kerry and Bones. I think partly because for George W. Bush, his Skull and Bones connections sort of work with the whole theory that he's riding his father's coattails and that he has gotten his way in life because of his connections, which I would agree with, and which I have traced in secrets of the tomb, to align closely with his Skull and Bones connections. He turned to Skull and Bones throughout his career for help. Even his Rangers deal, which is supposed to be the one thing he achieved on his own, had at least one Bonesman involved. Kerry has not relied on Skull and Bones. He hasn't made it a huge part of his life in terms of something that would boost his career or really put the -- propel him although he has turned to Skull and Bones in his personal life. But Kerry has been just as involved as Bush, I think. Although he will be as quick to deny that as the president will.

AMY GOODMAN: Does it matter to Skull and Bones who wins this presidential race?

ALEXANDRA ROBBINS: No. That's a good question and one that I asked many Bonesmen and the way they describe it is a win-win situation. As long as there's a Bonesman in the White House there are going to be many more Bonesmen in the administration.

ALEXANDRA ROBBINS: Thats a good question. I could go look up his Skull and Bones bio, but they basically choose people who they -- whom they believe will reflect honor and prestige back on the society. They are basically trying to figure out, okay, who is the who's who here of the Yale junior class who is going to be the most successful. One other thing interesting about Kerry that I wanted to mention is that both of his wives have been directly related to members of Skull and Bones. A sister and daughter which is another connection to Skull and Bones that people don't usually know about.

Both U.S. President George W. Bush and Senator John Kerry are members of Skull and Bones.

Bush reportedly appointed 11 Skull and Bones members to his Administration in his first term. Their names are Evan Griffith Galbraith (S&B 1950), William H. Donaldson (S&B 1953), George Herbert Walker III (S&B 1953), Jack Edwin McGregor (S&B 1956), Victor Ashe (S&B 1967), Roy Leslie Austin (S&B 1968), Robert McCallum, Jr. (S&B 1968), Rex Cowdry (S&B 1968), Edward E. McNally (S&B 1979), David Batshaw Wiseman (S&B 1984), and James Emanuel Boasberg (S&B 1985) <2>

Various U.S. Senators and Congressmen have been members of Skull and Bones, the following list includes a few bonesmen who served as U.S. Congressman: Thomas W. L. Ashley (S&B 1948), Jonathan Brewster Bingham (S&B 1936), David Boren (S&B 1963), Frank B. Brandegee (S&B 1885), James Buckley (S&B 1944), Prescott Bush (S&B 1917), William Wallace Crapo (S&B 1886), John Chaffee (S&B 1947), LeBaron Bradford Colt (S&B 1868), John Sherman Cooper (S&B 1923), Lowndes Henry Davis (S&B 1860), Clarence Deming (S&B 1872), Chauncey Depew (S&B 1856), Benjamin Tucker Eames (S&B 1843), Constantine Canaris Esty (S&B 1845), William Maxwell Evarts (S&B 1837), Orris S. Ferry (S&B 1844), Charles Newell Fowler (S&B 1876), Richard Jacobs Haldeman (S&B 1851), James William Husted (S&B 1892), Stephen Wright Kellogg (S&B 1846), John Forbes Kerry (S&B 1967), Thruston Ballard Morton (S&B 1954), Morehead Patterson (S&B 1920), Robert A. Taft I (S&B 1910), John Martin Vorys, (S&B 1918), James Jeremiah Wadsworth (S&B 1927) and William Barrett Washburn (S&B 1844).

The following members of Skull and Bones served as Secretaries of Commerce. President Reagan appointed Malcolm Baldridge, while President Truman appointed William Averell Harriman. Rogers Morton, the brother of Thruston B. Morton (S&B 1954) served both as Secretary of the Interior and Secretary of Commerce. Both he and his brother Thruston served as Chairman of the Republican Party, Thruston from 1959 to 1961 and Rogers from 1969 to 1971. As noted in the above paragraph both Rogers and Thruston served as U.S. Senators. Rogers would also serve in the House of Representatives.other websites: Hill/8425?BONES.HTM

All of this doesn't remove the fact that the Constitution clearly authorizes the government to tax its citizens and that the 16th amendment allows the government to levy an income tax.

The federal tax code levies that tax and provides penalties for those who do not pay. Ed and Elaine didn't pay. They were sued by the government for the repayment of those taxes and lost.

Ed and Elaine have taken a stand that has led them to criminal activity. That they should reap the consequences does not come as a surprise.

The other Point I made, is that Not filing a return, tells them basically that you are Guilty of what they Claim. You Must File, and you Must File correctly. All Information on this can be Found on Bill Benson's WebSite at:

Make sure you take in all of this sites information, as it must be Understood Correctly.

Anon. Said: All of this doesn't remove the fact that the Constitution clearly authorizes the government to tax its citizens.

You know nothing do you? In Fact... The 16th Ammendment was never Ratified by the States. This is Proven. And even if it were, The Supreme Court has Ruled, and Upheld it's ruling 8 times, That the 16th does not give Govt. any more taxation powers over the People. That in fact, an Income tax on Peoples Labor was Unconstitutional.

No wonder you blog under an Anon Name... You don't even know what you're talking about. Why don't you just shut your Cock-Holster until you can speak Facts, as they are written in the Constitution, the Statutes and the Regulations!
In Fact... I have a copy of the KY Resolution on the 16th Amendment, and it clearly shows that 9 people voted for it, and 22 people voted against it.
In 1913 Secretary of State Philander Knox, (Possibly being cohersed)Lied to The People, saying that the state of KY Ratified the amendment. It is proven that KY DID NOT Ratify the 16th, But in FACT... Voted against it by a 22-9 vote. If you would like to see this Resolution, I will mail you a Copy.

So... Before you go spouting off at the Mouth like an IRS Agent, and not an American Patriot... Do some research and educate yourself. Because "WE THE PEOPLE" ONLY DEAL WITH FACTS, AND THE LAW AS IT IS WRITTEN... Which is to say: THERE IS NO LAW.

Thank you

It is my utmost hopes and prayers that we can put our differences aside. We all know we are working on one common cause. Some of us need to just sit down and talk with one another to really get to know one another to find out each others back grounds. Really get to know each other. Everyone has to admit that we all do not like some little something about even our very best friends. Everyone is their on person. We can always agree to disagree on some issues. I have done this with some of my friends and even with my boss at work. And we keep on moving on. These are extremely stressful times for all of use. I hope and pray that we can all try our best to get along and get to know each other better. I think that we will all be better off in the long run and through the grace of God we will overcome all obstacles. Remember to keep God close to your heart and let him guide you to a solution that is best for us all. I pray for God to give me the wisdom and guidance to continue the quest that we all cherish and hold dear to our hearts and that is to be truly free.

PS. There is more I would like to say but my bed is calling me and it is 8:30 PM here and 2:30 AM comes early for work. Everyone please take care and I love you all.

What is all this BS about people going there to defend Ed?

You're all falling apart because NOBODY is attacking Ed. The feds can't stop laughing.

This is just about as pathetic as it gets, but I expected it since the posting of the "helicopter attack."

You NEED the feds' help (i.e. the attack) to keep your unity.

The feds aren't nearly as stupid as most of the anonymous morons posting here and I suspect that the people at Ed's house aren't exactly rocket scientists either. Maybe Ed got what he asked for, a bunch of morons with guns.

BTW, many thanks to the people who focused on the legal analysis, great work! Not many people have the brains to read a court filing and to understand the issues, but I definitely appreciate it.

Ed has a NICE place. Why doesn't he just happily live there for a few years?

Why is it that so many people want a war?

Oh right, I forgot, violence and blood are just so sexy.

ANON... On the second vote... It's a croc of shit.

Even if KY Radified it, Which they did not... They needed 36 out of the 48 states to Ratify the 16th Amendment... Yet they had nowhere near that... To Ratify an amendment to the Constitution, there has to be 3/4 of the states who agree... As I have said previously, they had no where near that amount.

Keep studying Hero, and You might not be a Zero. By the way... My name is Scott... My email is posted... and since you think you know so much... why don't you share your knowledge? Because what you're saying on this blog quite frankly... leaves alot to be desired. If you know something... please share... If not... Shut your IRS Cock-Holster.

Touched a nerve, Truelogic?

Interesting that my short, simple post caused such a reaction. Expecially when I'm stating the simple facts of the case.

As for the ratification of the 16th amendments, courts have consistently upheld that it was ratified correctly, and that people who argue otherwise are making frivolous arguments.

The point is, you may not like taxes, but that doesn't mean you're excluded from paying them. The Constitution clearly, as I said, gives taxing authority to the government. The laws of this country, put into effect by people you and I elected, allow for direct taxation of income.

A question: If the law doesn't require you to pay taxes, why wouldn't the government pass one requiring it?

Isn't the simplest answer that, indeed, the law does require such payments, and provides for punishment if you don't pay up?

Just for our ANON. Guest... That He/She (THE CHICKEN PATRIOT) might be more educated.

Bill Benson's findings, published in "The Law That Never Was," make a convincing case that the 16th amendment was not legally ratified and that Secretary of State Philander Knox was not merely in error, but committed fraud when he declared it ratified in February 1913. What follows is a summary of some of the major findings for many of the states, showing that their ratifications were not legal and should not have been counted.

The 16th amendment had been sent out in 1909 to the state governors for ratification by the state legislatures after having been passed by Congress. There were 48 states at that time, and three-fourths, or 36, of them were required to give their approval in order for it to be ratified. The process took almost the whole term of the Taft administration, from 1909 to 1913.

Knox had received responses from 42 states when he declared the 16th amendment ratified on February 25, 1913, just a few days before leaving office to make way for the administration of Woodrow Wilson. Knox acknowledged that four of those states (Utah, Conn, R.I. and N.H.) had rejected it, and he counted 38 states as having approved it. We will now examine some of the key evidence Bill Benson found regarding the approval of the amendment in many of those states.

In Kentucky, the legislature acted on the amendment without even having received it from the governor (the governor of each state was to transmit the proposed amendment to the state legislature). The version of the amendment that the Kentucky legislature made up and acted upon omitted the words "on income" from the text, so they weren't even voting on an income tax! When they straightened that out (with the help of the governor), the Kentucky senate rejected the amendment. Yet Philander Knox counted Kentucky as approving it!

In Oklahoma, the legislature changed the wording of the amendment so that its meaning was virtually the opposite of what was intended by Congress, and this was the version they sent back to Knox. Yet Knox counted Oklahoma as approving it, despite a memo from his chief legal counsel, Reuben Clark, that states were not allowed to change it in any way.

Attorneys who have studied the subject have agreed that Kentucky and Oklahoma should not have been counted as approvals by Philander Knox, and, moreover, if any state could be shown to have violated its own state constitution or laws in its approval process, then that state's approval would have to be thrown out. That gets us past the "presumptive conclusion" argument, which says that the actions of an executive official cannot be judged by a court, and admits that Knox could be wrong.

If we subtract Kentucky and Oklahoma from the 38 approvals above, the count of valid approvals falls to 36, the exact number needed for ratification. If any more states can be shown to have had invalid approvals, the 16th amendment must be regarded as null and void.

The state constitution of Tennessee prohibited the state legislature from acting on any proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution sent by Congress until after the next election of state legislators. The intent, of course, is to give the proposed amendment a chance to become an issue in the state legislative elections so that the people can have a voice in determining the outcome. It also provides a cooling off period to reduce the tendency to approve an idea just because it happens to be the moment's trend. You've probably already guessed that the Tennessee legislature did not hold off on voting for the amendment until after the next election, and you'd be right - they didn't; hence, they acted upon it illegally before they were authorized to do so. They also violated their own state constitution by failing to read the resolution on three different days as prescribed by Article II, Section 18. These state constitutional violations make their approval of the amendment null and void. Their approval is and was invalid, and it brings the number of approving states down to 35, one less than required for ratification.

Texas and Louisiana violated provisions in their state constitutions prohibiting the legislatures from empowering the federal government with any additional taxing authority. Now the number is down to 33.

Twelve other states, besides Tennessee, violated provisions in their constitutions requiring that a bill be read on three different days before voting on it. This is not a trivial requirement. It allows for a cooling off period; it enables members who may be absent one day to be present on another; it allows for a better familiarity with, and understanding of, the measure under consideration, since some members may not always read a bill or resolution before voting on it (believe it or not!). States violating this procedure were: Mississippi, Ohio, Arkansas, Minnesota, New Mexico, West Virginia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Colorado, and Illinois. Now the number is reduced to 21 states legally ratifying the amendment.

When Secretary Knox transmitted the proposed amendment to the states, official certified and sealed copies were sent. Likewise, when state results were returned to Knox, it was required that the documents, including the resolution that was actually approved, be properly certified, signed, and sealed by the appropriate official(s). This is no more than any ordinary citizen has to do in filing any legal document, so that it's authenticity is assured; otherwise it is not acceptable and is meaningless. How much more important it is to authenticate a constitutional amendment! Yet a number of states did not do this, returning uncertified, unsigned, and/or unsealed copies, and did not rectify their negligence even after being reminded and warned by Knox. The most egregious offenders were Ohio, California, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Minnesota - which did not send any copy at all, so Knox could not have known what they even voted on! Since four of these states were already disqualified above, California is now subtracted from the list of valid approvals, reducing it to 20.

These last five states, along with Kentucky and Oklahoma, have particularly strong implications with regard to the fraud charge against Knox, in that he cannot be excused for not knowing they shouldn't have been counted. Why was he in such a hurry? Why did he not demand that they send proper documentation? They never did.

Further review would make the list dwindle down much more, but with the number down to 20, sixteen fewer than required, this is a suitable place to rest, without getting into the matter of several states whose constitutions limited the taxing authority of their legislatures, which could not give to the federal govern authority they did not have.

The results from the six states Knox had not heard from at the time he made his proclamation do not affect the conclusion that the amendment was not legally ratified. Of those six: two (Virginia and Pennsylvania) he never did hear from, because they ignored the proposed amendment; Florida rejected it; two others (Vermont and Massachusetts) had rejected it much earlier by recorded votes, but, strangely, submitted to the Secretary within a few days of his ratification proclamation that they had passed it (without recorded votes); West Virginia had purportedly approved it at the end of January 1913, but its notification had not yet been received (remember that West Virginia had violated its own constitution, as noted above).

To be honest... I was giving you a hard time by calling you an IRS AGENT... Due to your Comments about Bill Benson... I now believe it 100%

You Have taken part in enslaving the People of this Nation. And someday... you... and those like you, will pay dearly in a great uprising of the People. Maybe not in our lifetime... The difference between you and I is that I form my Philosophy from the facts and the Evidence on hand...
I don't just wield oppinions based on the factless, unsupported Evidence and meer oppinions of others... Like you.

Facts are there... Look in the right places and you'll find them. The definition of ignorant falls upon People like you, who in light of FACTUAL EVIDENCE, Still maintain the LIE that's been forced down their throats for years... Should I start addressing you as JUDGE McCaullif,

Because People who ignore Facts based on Evidence are Truely STUPID, Don't care about anyones Rights except their own (within their Office) of have been outright Bought and Paid for...

Which catagory do you fall into there mr. Anon?

Are you the Stupid one... or were you paid for and bought outright?

Well... I don't think that anything you've said to rebut Me is worth the Fed Paying for... So you must be the Stupid one who simply Cannot Believe the Facts as they are Presented to you...

As I said before... I cannot Convince you, and Don't Care to... It is YOU who must Educate yourself to the Facts.

Even Law Enforcement and Military Personell, Judges, Lawyers, Former IRS Pocket Agents (Like You) Are comming around to the truth.

The 3-501 looks very good and appears the same as the
federal version. I am torn between the use of the
state 3-501 and 3-505.4 because the federal government
must go by state law. BUT, 3-505.4 has been hidden by
the federal government because of .2 and .5. Both are
similar but 3-505.4 adds the precaution of not saying
to much and ‘default’ if agency does not answered to
the issue. Our reasoning here is to forcefully reverse
the burden of proof at the administrative level where
all actions evolve from.

You want to keep your statement short and 3-505.4
allows us to do that. I believe we should go with
3-505.4 because this is a federal trial and not state.
UCC 3-505 is a strange pig to me. I only apply it when
I use notary and in this case it is definitely an
essential for the affidavit. I have more research to
do in the statute of frauds area, which can be found
in the tax notes I sent you.

below there are a few notes on the lien
procedure and Federal Tax Act. The amount of seizure of the home and business

is very large for the one year frivolous filing and I
suspect the IRS tacked on the non-filed years which
will show on the assessment. Non filed years cannot be
assessed properly because a 1040 is mandatory. The
judge took the shotgun approach to this issue and I am
confident the next shot will backfire. You need to
send off inquires to as many agencies as applicable
within the next couple of weeks or sooner. I think the
“warrant of distraint” signed by the judge will be
Exhibit “A” and sent refuted with notary witness to

One of the requirements is that the IRS file an

26 U.S.C. § 6321. This is not usually done with an
individual “taxpayer.” In some instances the issue
will fade quickly when you demand “exibition of
instrument” because it does not exist and I suspect
that in this case it does not. The court uses its
Penumbra Doctrine power and the use of elliptical

devoured. BUT, like the wolf and the three little
pigs, the serpeant only has to blow at the ground to
disrupt the house of straw and sticks. When it comes
to the solid base of the foundation of the brick
house, his huffing and puffing is over.

This process will not hurt the Browns because they are
demanding the items ‘presumed to be in existence’ and
administrative in nature. Once it is proved that the
items do not exist, subject matter can be attacked on
the judicial level.
requesting a certificate of release from a federal tax
See 26 U.S.C. § 6325 30 days and the taxpayer may
receive a copy of the Certificate of Release of
Federal Tax Lien.
The term "assessment" refers to the statutory
assessment made by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
under 26 U.S.C. § 6201 (that is, the formal recording
of the tax in the official books and records of the
U.S. Department of the Treasury). 26 U.S.C. § 6321
Generally, the "person liable to pay any tax"
described in section 6321 must pay the tax within ten
days of the written notice and demand.[2] 26 C.F.R.
section 601.103(a).
Under the doctrine of Glass City Bank v. United
States[4], the tax lien applies not only to property
and rights to property owned by the taxpayer at the
time of the assessment, but also to after-acquired
property (i.e., to any property owned by the taxpayer
during the life of the lien).
For taxes assessed on or after November 6, 1990, the
lien generally becomes unenforceable ten years after
the date of assessment. [ I have read three years, but
I doubt that an assessment was filed with the
In order to have the record of a lien released a
taxpayer must obtain a Release of the Notice of
Federal Tax Lien.[8] 26 U.S.C. § 6325 Generally, the
IRS will not issue a notice of release of lien until
the tax has either been paid in full or the IRS no
longer has a legal interest in collecting the tax.
[Was there an assessment filed???]

The difference between a Federal tax lien and an
administrative levy
The creation of a tax lien, and the subsequent
issuance of a Notice of Federal Tax Lien, should not
be confused with the issuance of a Notice of Intent to
Levy under 26 U.S.C. § 6331(d), or with the actual act
of levy under 26 U.S.C. § 6331(a). The term "levy" in
this narrow technical sense denotes an administrative
action by the Internal Revenue Service (i.e., without
going to court) to seize property to satisfy a tax
liability. The levy "includes the power of distraint
and seizure by any means.[9] 26 U.S.C. § 7701(a)(21)
and 26 U.S.C. § 6331(b)The general rule is that no
court permission is required for the IRS to execute a
section 6331 levy.[10]. See Brian v. Gugin, 853 F.
Supp. 358, 94-1 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr. 50,278 (D.
Idaho 1994), aff’d, 95-1 U.S. Tax Cas. (CCH) paragr.
50,067 (9th Cir. 1995). The IRS may, however, be
required to obtain court permission in the case of
bankruptcy; see 11 U.S.C. § 362.
In general, a Notice of Intent to Levy must be issued
by the IRS at least thirty days prior to the actual
levy. Thus, while a Notice of Federal Tax Lien
generally is issued after the tax lien arises, a
Notice of Intent to Levy (sometimes misleadingly
called simply a "notice of levy") generally must be
issued before the actual levy is made.
Also, while the Federal tax lien applies to all
property and rights to property of the taxpayer, the
levy is subject to certain restrictions. That is,
certain property covered by the lien may be exempt
from an administrative levy.[11] 26 U.S.C. § 6334.
(Property covered by the lien that is exempt from
administrative levy may, however, be taken by the IRS
if the IRS obtains a court judgment.) [This could be
what the judge is going for. But there must be a
proper assessment before either the administrative or
judicial action.]
A detailed discussion of the administrative levy, and
the related Notice, is beyond the scope of this
In connection with Federal taxes in the United States,
the term "levy" also has a separate, more general
sense of "imposed." That is, when a tax law is enacted
by the Congress, the tax is said to be "imposed" or

Truelogic -- I doubt any IRS or government agents would spend time here. Underpaid and overworked U.S. civil service employees wouldn't have the desire or motive to infiltrate a message board on the internet.

Perhaps -- just perhaps -- people have looked at the evidence and think that you have no case. You have spent hours and hours (days, weeks?) of your life on something that is futile and, most likely, illegal.

I would expect that thought worries you a little bit. Think of the time you could spend with your kids, grandkids or spouse. Think of the hobbies you could work on. Or imagine that you could have served your town as an elected official.

Instead, you do this. Do you think it's worth it?

Hello to all, especially the last "anonymous" writer~

WHY would any sovereign government grant the power to create money, (out of thin air!) to any privately-owned entity, the FEDERAL RESERVE, when that power was commissioned/granted, by the constitution (remember that once-respected document?), exclusively to the government, itself?

The insidious peril, of that treacherous President, Woodrow Wilson, giving those vipers, the international bankers (who control the FEDERAL RESERVE), has enslaved the vast populous of this country every since!

President Reagan appointed the Grace Commission circa `86 & it concluded that "not a single nickel of the Federal Income Tax goes to the services that the country expects." No, instead all of the Federal Income Tax goes towards the NATIONAL DEBT, of which is mostly generated from repaying the interest, to the FED, on the borrowed money from our government!

It's sickening that our country was sold out, to benefit the globalists... & the politicians responsible ought to be branded traitors! It's irrefutable that something has gone terribly wrong in this country.

This is no longer the "Land Of The Free." The government has the ignorant masses afraid of some boogeyman, whilst the (once) sacred constitution is being eviscerated!

The nefarious plan to consolidate the global governments, thereby converting us from sovereigns into chattel, has been in-the-making for quite some time. Entities, treaties & the likes such as the Trilateral Commission, CFR, IMF, NAFTA, EU, CAFTA, etc... have all been devised to bring the globalist's agenda to fruition.

However, it hasn't been until the last few years, with the (subtle) push for the North American Union (N.A.U.), that the polititians' malfeasant fangs are really dripping. They also have the Super Highway, which is to extend from S Mexico to Alaska, on the drawing board!

I could go on for hours & hours &... yet some readers, such as the "anonymous" writer, who volleyed diatribes with "truelogic", might still be doubters. Or perhaps he is merely the Agent Provocateur, as accused.

In any case, I arrive back to my 1st question, at the beginning of this novel. WHY would the head, of ANY sovereign government give the power, to create money, out of thin air (known as Fractional Reserve Banking) & then lend it to the government WITH exuberent interest?!? WHYWHYWHY???

I ask the foregoing question rhetorically. The answer is because it's all been by design. Create an UNrepayable debt. Secure the assets. Collapse the system (the 30's depression). Seize the collateral & enslave the people!

God help Elaine & Ed Brown.
God help the citizens of the USA.
God help the souls of Bush & Comp!

I submit to you, that the FED now owns Congress and the States. Even Congress is too Scared to act on what they themselves believe to be right. Sad... but totally True. Oh yes, you are a polite thief. The difference between your robery agency and the mofia is that your agency (the IRS) is officially supported by the government. feeding the hungry? If the government supported mofia didn't take so much money from Americans, that money could be given to private charities. Oh yes, I know, the government needs our money to help poor peopel because they can do it better than charities.

Regarding my words, anonymous wrote, "Ah yes ... the "international bankers." Thanks, Truepatriot. I knew that coded anti-Semitism would come up sooner or later."

To those words, I counter:

It's typical of an ADL monger, to falsely accuse someone of being an anti-Semite. Touché & case-in-point, I did NOT even state that the 'international bankers' were Jews. Politically AND psychologically, you're bent on labeling any dissenters, intent on demonizing them, to bolster your position & propagate your agenda...

This is frightening, because organizations, such as the ADL, aim to further eviscerate the constitution. The bottom line is if someone chooses to spew ANY inflammatory words, whatsoever, it is their God-given right to do so, which IS & should remain protected by the constitution.

I bet if the 'anonymous' writer, who called me an anti-Semite, had their way, they would have a "Holocaust Reductionist" law passed, here in the USA, too! For those, who don't know what that is, it's a law making it illegal to even suggest that the 'official' (alleged) number of Jews killed, during WWII, wasn't quite 6 million.

Can you believe that the citizens, of the 'free' world, would capitulate to such tyranny?!? Well, just wake up because it's happening here, too! For example, someone just went to jail in Seattle for calling someone else a ‘nigger.’ Albeit, I choose not to use such language, it should LEGALLY be allowed to say! I happen to be of Italian descent & have been called me a W.O.P., but did NOT cry about it! Moreover, I would NEVER support a law to have someone’s free speech stifled, to prohibit them from calling me one!

The objective, of these polemicists, is to put a stranglehold on free speech! Here's a perfect example; there is currently a bill in congress to enhance hate crime legislation (H.R. 254). Check out the following link:

I’ll leave readers with a few quotes, from prominent men… some venerable & some not… Our founding fathers must be rolling over in their graves!!!

“Those, who would give up an essential liberty for security, deserve neither.”~ Benjamin Franklin

“When the people fear its government, there is tyranny; when the government fears its people, there is liberty.”~ Thomas Jefferson

“Dissent is the highest form of patriotism”~ Howard Zinn
