County Sheriff Can Bust Big Bro
"If a sheriff doesn’t want the Feds in his county he has the constitutional right and power to keep them out, or ask them to leave, or retain them in custody."
The duly elected sheriff of a county is the highest law enforcement official within a county. He has law enforcement powers that exceed that of any other state or federal official.
This is settled law that most people are not aware of.
County sheriffs in Wyoming have scored a big one for the 10th Amendment and states rights. The sheriffs slapped a federal intrusion upside the head and are insisting that all federal law enforcement officers and personnel from federal regulatory agencies must clear all their activity in a Wyoming County with the Sheriff’s Office. Deja vu for those who remember big Richard Mack in Arizona.

Ridiculous. State officials may NOT interfere with federal officials in the performance of their duties by way of the Supremecy Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

Your wrong, and not only are you wrong, but this sheriff isn't going to do anything but laugh his butt off about the old convicted-felon conspiracy kook living at the top of the hill. The sheriff is probably WANTING the marshals to finally arrest Ed Brown so the he doesn't have to listen to kook calls anymore.

I am so glad someone has brought this up. You would be surprised how many Sherriffs do NOT know the power they wield.
NO it is NOT ridiculous. That is another one of those propaganda myths and an example of the Constitutional rights that have been swept into the dust bin of awareness.

One of the arguments you are going to run into is the EO (Executive Orders) issued. EOs are merely "directives" but are being enforced as if they were law and implying the Constitution is set aside.
Do a little research and visit your local Sheriff to see what he is made of.
Every wannabe dictater that gets to the oval office expands on the Executive Orders and Congress is too
busy looking for graft to stop it.
In fact Congress is to blame for most
of the problems because they let the White House and Courts decide the law
then they blame everything on them which lets them (Congress) off the hook because the people don't know what the hell is going on.

Seems pretty clear to me. You should do a bit of research of the subject before you propagate urban (or in this case rural) myths.
Ed & Elaine are monument to what our founding fathers meant when they created the Constitution. They put a face to what the creators of the Constitution meant by "We the People". It's truly amazing that so many choose to ignore what is happening to our country. My husband says to me why do you waste your time with all these things, He Said even if I want to believe in half of what you claim; you know there's nothing any of us can do! Being an optimist I believe we can if we stand together. I told him; look at what they did to the Jews; I don't want to be a sheep lead to slaughter, to go willingly without a dang good fight.
Our leaders are allowing Illegal immigrants into our Country for several reasons, not the least of which is it gives them power. The more people they can get to be dependent on the government the more powerful they become. The real sad part is that within the next ten or fifteen years we the people will become the minority. Who will fight for our rights then? Their own country wasn't worth the effort to fight for, why would they fight here?
Pres. Bush has given 7000 Iraqi's visas to America.... So now we will be importing the Shiites and Sunnis so they can bring their fight here on our land.
Don't misunderstand me... I have nothing against legal immigrants.... after all they helped build our Great Nation we have today... the immigrants brought their cultures, most for the betterment of man kind... But its got to make you wonder what culture Islam has to offer other than a fanatical religion and war. We have to start looking at the broader picture Folks.. The excuse of not having enough time is over, because if you don't start seeing things for what they truly are it will be too late, for us, our children, and grandchildren...
