The law is at 26 U.S.C. section 1, as the U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly held in allowing the convictions of tax protestors to stand.
The "show me the law" lie is one that is often repeated by tax protestors, as if by merely repeating that lie over and over and over that someday it might come true.
The U.S. Supreme Court has allowed the convictions of literally hundreds of tax protestors to stand.
As for 861, the U.S. Supreme Court will do what all the other courts that have considered it have done -- laugh at it for a while, and then summarily dismiss it as frivolous.
Larken knew 861 was a total loser, which is why he abandoned the argument at his own criminal trial (which he lost anyway). It is also why Thurston Bell didn't even try to challenge the DOJ when they got an injunction against his paytriot activities based on 861.
861 is a theory by the stupid for the stupid.

You don't know what you're talking about.
Larken Rose was only allowed to show five minutes of
Theft by Deception WITHOUT SOUND.
Theft by Deception is a 90 min presentation on Sec. 861 so when did he abandon it?
I'm not going to spend the time searching it out for you but I think you will find Thurston Bell had a Sec 6700
problem.

I don't know but it's worth somme thought.
It would appear that Anonymous 1 is one of the IRS agents in the Brown case trying to save face. It's is sad that these people are pitted against honest Americans for the sake of their $60,000 to $80,000 per year paycheck.
Anyone who has bothered to read the Bell or Rose cases knows that Anonymous 1 is just trying to convince others that Ed and Elaine are wrong. Anonymous 1 and friends are afraid that more people will join We The People in Washington DC with V costumes and sign the petitions demanding answers to our questions.
Anonymous 1 is afraid that more and more people will get the courage to stand up and demand fair and proper trials where both the LAW and EVIDENCE are judged by the jury who are the acting body of government in that courtroom and not the judge.
People simply do not understand the function of Courts today. Show us the law is a silly statement or request by any defendant. This is evidenced by the number of conviction's in Federal Court. You can also forget about the Tax amendment arguments ( a fact not allowed by the Judge) And the garbage about "taxable income (another fact only allowed to be admitted if the FEDERAL Judge allows it) Not the judges function to give legal advice from the bench and that, is what showing you the law would be. It of course matters not that it does not exist (a FACT). The prosecutor is also under no "obligation" to help you with your case. However the judge is obligated to rule on question's of law...... And must commit to a line of thought. So the 64 thousand dollar question for the JUDGE (one no attorney would ask ) is " IS A MAN REQUIRED TO BE A PERSON AS PER STATUTE. The answer is no! Try it someday you will be amazed
Ed & Elaine are monument to what our founding fathers meant when they created the Constitution. They put a face to what the creators of the Constitution meant by "We the People". It's truly amazing that so many choose to ignore what is happening to our country. My husband says to me why do you waste your time with all these things, He Said even if I want to believe in half of what you claim; you know there's nothing any of us can do! Being an optimist I believe we can if we stand together. I told him; look at what they did to the Jews; I don't want to be a sheep lead to slaughter, to go willingly without a dang good fight.
Our leaders are allowing Illegal immigrants into our Country for several reasons, not the least of which is it gives them power. The more people they can get to be dependent on the government the more powerful they become. The real sad part is that within the next ten or fifteen years we the people will become the minority. Who will fight for our rights then? Their own country wasn't worth the effort to fight for, why would they fight here?
Pres. Bush has given 7000 Iraqi's visas to America.... So now we will be importing the Shiites and Sunnis so they can bring their fight here on our land.
Don't misunderstand me... I have nothing against legal immigrants.... after all they helped build our Great Nation we have today... the immigrants brought their cultures, most for the betterment of man kind... But its got to make you wonder what culture Islam has to offer other than a fanatical religion and war. We have to start looking at the broader picture Folks.. The excuse of not having enough time is over, because if you don't start seeing things for what they truly are it will be too late, for us, our children, and grandchildren...
