They tell Larken Rose he ought not to be looking in Section 861, yet 7806(b) suggests he ought to look EVERYWHERE (it implies that ANYTHING found ANYWHERE might apply to ANYONE).

"Section 7806(b). Arrangement and Classification.- No inference, implication, or presumption of legislative construction shall be drawn or made by reason of the location or grouping of any particular section, or provision or portion of this title, nor shall any table of contents, table of cross references, or similar outline, analysis, or descriptive matter relating to the contents of this title be given any legal effect. The preceding sentence also applies to the side notes and ancillary tables contained in the various prints of this Act before its enactment into law."

Ack! That's my crappy site!

Ok, since this has been posted, I'd like to clear some things up before I'm flamed/judged into non-existance!

1)This site is my plaything. I use it to train myself on new software, programming, keeping in touch with friends and other like minded folks. (currently playing with DotNetNuke from www.dotnetnuke.com).

2)The logo and tagline are nothing more than a placeholder until I have time to make a real logo. Knowledge does not actually come to die there.

3)Beetlebub.com is not affiliated with anything. I personally support Ed Brown, Aaron Russo, and the this movement. I am passionate about this issue, I am involved.

4)Beetlebub is a nickname. I was a Marine for 4 years and subsequently acquired this nickname. The "Beetle" is a knock off from "Beetle Baily" with a "bub" on the end. Plus it's quite unique and has served me well.

5)Beetlebub is not associated to Beelzebub or any other 'demons' of any type.

I'm not saying you have to like the site, frankly that doesn't matter to me. I just wanted you to know that this site was never meant to be a public face to my views or associations.

Peace be with you all.

Can anyone say "intimidation"?

Lord v. Kelley 240 F.Supp. 167 (1965):

"And a judge who knows the score is aware that every time his decisions offend the IRS he is inviting a close inspection of his own returns."

Under these circumstances, can ANYONE ever expect to get a fair trial in ANY courtroom?

To IRS and DOJ lurkers:

Is the following a true statement? If not, WHY not?

"26 _USC 7323 is not implemented by a legislative regulation under 26 CFR, but IS under 27 CFR. It applies only to alcohol, tobacco and firearms. The same is true for almost every section of 26 USC and 26 CFR dealing with collections. The collection process for income taxes is a legal empty suit. The IRS and DOJ just bulldoze this sort of stuff over citizens and juries. 5 USC 552 controls this kind of stuff, and it should be included in a Judicial Notice in any such case."

This blog provides an excellent opportunity to educate the government minions who visit here regularly. We must assume that they don't know to what extent they are abusing the public and that, once they know (hopefully they will learn a lot here), they will no longer have the stomach to continue to be so anti-Amrerican and anti-Constitution. Any who conscientiously explore the law will inevitably reach the same conclusions reached by great former IRS officers such as Joe Banister, John Turner, and Sherry Jackson, and will resign from the criminal activities which pay them.

Then why do the courts rule against the IRS in real cases, such as where the United Parcel Service avoided a $600+ million claim?

And why is it that NO accredited legal or constitutional scholar thinks that tax protestor theories are any more than a big joke?

Ed & Elaine are monument to what our founding fathers meant when they created the Constitution. They put a face to what the creators of the Constitution meant by "We the People". It's truly amazing that so many choose to ignore what is happening to our country. My husband says to me why do you waste your time with all these things, He Said even if I want to believe in half of what you claim; you know there's nothing any of us can do! Being an optimist I believe we can if we stand together. I told him; look at what they did to the Jews; I don't want to be a sheep lead to slaughter, to go willingly without a dang good fight.

Our leaders are allowing Illegal immigrants into our Country for several reasons, not the least of which is it gives them power. The more people they can get to be dependent on the government the more powerful they become. The real sad part is that within the next ten or fifteen years we the people will become the minority. Who will fight for our rights then? Their own country wasn't worth the effort to fight for, why would they fight here?

Pres. Bush has given 7000 Iraqi's visas to America.... So now we will be importing the Shiites and Sunnis so they can bring their fight here on our land.

Don't misunderstand me... I have nothing against legal immigrants.... after all they helped build our Great Nation we have today... the immigrants brought their cultures, most for the betterment of man kind... But its got to make you wonder what culture Islam has to offer other than a fanatical religion and war. We have to start looking at the broader picture Folks.. The excuse of not having enough time is over, because if you don't start seeing things for what they truly are it will be too late, for us, our children, and grandchildren...
