A Court ORDER to report to the doorstep of Club Fed is a mere request that can be: DENIED! The Feds also know that they have no RSA Ch. 123:1 operating papers, and can be sued in state court for kidnapping!

Ed will be spending substantial time in prison, as will Elaine.
You can try to sue for "kidnapping" but your complaint will be dismissed in about 30 days.
Grow up.

The Vegas money says that Ed will soil himself when the marshals finally do show up.
Interestingly, the Marshals may show up to boot him out of his house because of the forfeiture proceeding, and not even arrest him then! That would be a hoot; Ed giving his rants from a cheap hotel somewhere.
This really frightens me, I'm witnessing "you 3 anonymous" freaks enjoying our freedoms being kicked and shoved just like the vile creatures did back in nazi Germany.
I think the reason why there's no byline here is because this is an editorial, not a news article.
The second "anonymous freak" was being sarcastic to the first.
editorials don't have bylines... because they aren't articles, they are the opinion of the newspaper.
and if we can sue the government for kidnapping...
A) why doesnt' this happen more often
B) don't you think the government would have gotten around to closing that loophole?
I mean, can anyone point out anyone who has done this successfully?
