The creator of the 861 theory, Thurston Bell, is selling used cars in Florida. His co-creator, Rick Haraka, is also out of business.

None of these four took the opportunity when presented to argue 861 to the court. Nobody else has done so successfully, and most who have tried have been slammed with large penalties of up to $15,000 just for arguing it, which were affirmed on appeal.

They get shut down because the courts don't allow the evidence in so it cannot possibly be argued.

Why is Ed Brown taking a stand?

One main reason is because of this sad fact. The courts are a huge part of the problem. They are not allowing evidence in to be argued.

How can you possibly have a fair trial if you cannot present the evidence that counts?

So please - when you come in here and state something does not work, make sure you state WHY it does not work.

You and people like you are another part of the problem because you try and treat and dispute the symptoms instead of looking at the real problem, which is the entire fraudulent federal reserve, IRS and corrupt justice system.
