Presidential Candidate Gene Chapman Offers Proposal For Ed Brown Situation

As we discussed on the call, tonight, I propose to contact the White House within 24 hours, with Ed Brown's approval as well as Patriot and Militia leaders, to ask if the President will announce publicly that he will compel the Federal Government at all levels and all departments to participate in a "Truth and Reconciliation Commission" on the legality and morality of the personal income tax to start within 30 days, fashioned after that of South Africa.
