Excuse me…. I thought it was Illegal to use Humane as Guinea pigs! These people have no say in whether they want these things in them! Now that sounds like a Crime to me? If there is a problem, why not just use the Old Fashion Remedies! (Common Sense) Keep a closer eye on your loved ones in your own HOME! Stop volunteering to pay a Federal Income Tax (that doesn’t even exist)! So you can afford to keep the wife or husband home to look after your own Children or Elderly! If for some reason you have to have them in a Care Facility, and they happen to wonder off, maybe you should reconsider moving them and holding that agency responsible! Geeesh people there are no easy fixes! And why you all keep insisting on making the Rich get Richer is also beyond me!
