Leading Ladies of "Declawing The IRS" Will Be Our Special Guests On RBN With Ed and Elaine
Rae Copitka appearing before the Douglas County Oregon Commissioners on 8/8/07 - note the head of the Douglas County Sheriff can be seen in the last row behind Rae (almost hiding) in the last row. Their first names are "Loma and Rae" and they are doing incredible things in Douglas County Oregon to shine the light of truth on the IRS fraud that is preying upon We The People of America. They are exercising their 1st Amendment Right - received from our Creator - "to petition the government for a redress of grievances." We first reported on their work yesterday at this link. Now Casey Lee Cobb and many others all across this great country are being naturally inspired to report their story as well - see more at this link from Casey's blog. Casey wrote:
"Most of the time if not all of the time the IRS will send a “Notice of Lien” to the county commissioner, with the intent that it be handled as an actual lien and approved by the county commissioner as a security instrument. The IRS however never seems to bother perfecting and sending an actual lien because that would require a claimant, who would then in turn be personally liable for their actions unless of course they are bonded or insured.
No one wants to be a party to fraud, so in place of a real lien the IRS sends a Notice instead. At this point the fool-hearty county commissioner approves the notice as if though it is a lien, and then proceeds to index it. This in turn gives the IRS the ability to request a record of the county’s index of liens and use it as an implied “proof” of lien in order to utilize local law enforcement to seize/steal property.
The woman on video Rae Copitka, is putting the county, as well as local law enforcement on notice; that the people are aware of this monumental fraud, which gives the county the opportunity to correct it’s actions. This however does not necessarily mean that the county commissioners or sheriff will not be sued in their individual capacities."

You just gotta love lawyers. When confronted with overwhelming documented evidence the county's legal council with a casual remark and no refuting evidence of his own brushes aside these sovereign ladies exquisitely prepared testimony. I see a federal judgeship in this man's future. He will go far in the system.
PS: I deleted and reposted this comment so the title didn't cover the first few lines. Possibly if first posters spaced down a few lines this wouldn't happen.

These Women are absolutely right. And what she says needs to be changed in the end... The Instructions to the County Recorder... Are exactly what needs to be changed.
This is happening all over the Country, in every state. It is the IRS acting Fraudulently and illegally to embezzle and Extort money and property from YOU. the Treasury, the DOJ and the Lower Court Judges allow them to get away with it... By utilizing the fear and ignorance of the County Recorder and the Sheriff. How Quaint.

I agree that this is an outstanding video. These women have done a wonderful job of researching and presenting their argument to their county commissioners. Truelogic is correct that this isn't new information. Irwin knew this and yet he still went to jail. Others have known it and their property is still seized illegally. The courts haven't responded with relief when these issues are presented. What will the Douglas County Commissioners do now that they have been put on notice? How can court, legislative and judicial officials be held accountable to the law as it is written? So far they have just gone on with business as usual when challenged with these facts. The problem is holding these public servants accountable. Has any county that has been put on notice so far stopped perfecting notices of lien thus stopping IRS collection efforts within their jurisdictions? I don't know the answer to this question. Does anyone out there? Now that would be big news.
