Anybody who thinks the baffoons and murderers in power (as well as the sheeple in this country)are going to be moved by anything other than violent protest are delusional. It is past time for the true freedom loving people in this country including all the IRS protesters and 9/11 Truthers to unite and prepare for violent action. First against property and assets. Hopefully that will be as far as it has to go. If that is not enough than key figures have to be dealt with.
Ghandi, Martin Luther King ..et all.. did not succeed completely.
What they accomplished was destined to be temporary at best.
Like Jesus who preceeded them we see the true cost and limited returns of non-violence. There is some return on non-violence alone but not a large enough endowement. The enemies and greedies and power hungry scumbags killed Jesus. They have had centuries to learn how to marginalize the non-violent and "all mouth" protest. That means is simply not strong enough.

Ed brown is a criminal. Anyone with half an ounce of intelligence can find the laws allowing the federal government to levy and enforce a federal income tax. I don't believe for one moment that neither of them have ever seen or read the laws. I found them in less than 15 seconds.
Elaine not only refused to pay her own taxes, she refused to withhold her employees taxes. Consider the position she put THEM in. How selfish is that? And where did THAT money go?
You mean to tell me that neither of them were able to find ANY information on the federal tax code in TEN YEARS???!!! BULL!
They are criminals, and they knew what they were doing.
There are plenty of LEGAL ways to avoid paying taxes. They consciously CHOSE to do it illegally.
It was their choice. They can pay the consequences for that choice.

Taxation is legal, if direct and apportioned. The Federal Mafia has no jurisdiction over your wages and property, but they have an army to enforce their illegal tactics. Then post the law. The IRS after repeated attempts and even law suits have refused to show the law that requires citizens to pay a federal income tax.

I am the "nut" who posted at 4:36. I am just as human as you are. It never ceases to amaze me how those who question my humanity feel the need to resort to insults to make their points.
The laws exist. Period. It is not my fault you can't be bothered to look for them. They are all over the internet. Google them!
And don't even go down that road of "do you believe everything you read on the Internet?". The Internet is exactly where you are getting your ideas. No, I don't believe everything I read anywhere. But I do use common sense.
Use yours, and do a search. The laws DO exist.
Ed and Elaine could have made plenty of other legal choices, and paid far less in taxes than they have in the past.
They wanted a fight. They got one. They lost. Now they want more fight. They are still making stupid choices. I have no pity or empathy for them.

They ripped off my family and got away with it because they couldn't afford lawyers to fight back against the government. If my parents just decided not to pay the money that the IRS said that they owed, they would have probably been arrested. Is there any way I can get a refund for the taxes I've paid in years past. I did not realize I did not have to pay and would like my money back. Anyone know where I can get my refund? Any suggestions.
I always enjoy reading those posts from people who think people like me are clueless and know nothing of the law as it is written. They are always quick to scrutinize, call us names, and accuse us of being the problem. I served this country for over 10 years...and truly believed I had freedom. Ever since leaving the military...the freedoms I thought I had are realistically a delusion. Why would ANYONE pay this machine any longer when freedoms are being whisked away at an alarming rate?
I agree with USAFVET. But anyway, how does a guy get his money back. I want my refund. I've paid in for 35 years, now I want my money back. Please help me, I am clueless and have been paying my taxes.

I am not born in America but i know that no law can ever be in place no matter which country you live in, that robs it's people from their labor. How many people know that she not only refused to pay her taxes for ten years, and did not pay the taxes due from her employees incomes, but while doing this, she and Ed claimed they took nothing and were self sufficient? Bullshit!
During this same period, she accepted Medicaid patients, and took payments for these patients from the government. Part of her income was coming from taxes paid by the rest of us!!!!

I'd like to vote for him as I have voted for Ralph Nader and Ross Perot in the past but they did not have the support of such powerful people as Ed and Elaine.
