It was just discussed with Elaine on RPN. She said the Reno is still in the house and someone else was walking the dog but Ed and Elaine have always suspected they could not trust Reno.

The person speaking with her warned her about Reno being a spy (before he knew that he was still in the house) and Elaine confirmed that suspicion and also said that is "always in the back of their minds" about visitors.
