The Appellate Court has ruled against the We the People Foundation's Right to Petition case.
Someone was nice enough to forward the court opinion in the WE THE PEOPLE FOUNDATION, INC., ET AL., Appellants v. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ET AL., Appellees. This opinion has sparked debate on both sides of the issue. All seem to agree that it will be interesting to see what the Supreme Court chooses to do with it if anything.

I told Bob the Courts were not going to rule in his favor because the court belong to the international bankers just like the congress and the president. Might makes right period.
