I cannot get to your site (either too much traffic, or it is being blocked?), so here's my question.

Whatever happened to the "dismissal" of the Browns' case by David Clarence? [Apparently he was going to file it with the International Trade Court (or some such name) in NY, I believe.]

In a previous comment on that, I indicated that the Powers-That-Be would simply ignore it...so what exactly was accomplished?
