The next Republican presidential debate is just days away. It will be held at 7:00 pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, June 5 in New Hampshire. Its sponsors are CNN, the Manchester (NH) Union Leader, and WMUR-TV. CNN will televise the debate, which is being hosted by Wolf Blitzer.

It’s up to you and I and all our conservative friends to make sure this is a real debate—with real conservative views allowed—and not a sham Soviet-style “debate” with just one Establishment-approved viewpoint expressed.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a proposal on March 1 to establish minimum standards for state-issued driver's licenses and identification cards in compliance with the REAL ID Act of 2005.

DHS-proposed regulations set standards for states to meet the requirements of the REAL ID Act, including security features that must be incorporated into each card, verification of information provided by applicants to establish their identity and lawful status in the United States, and physical security standards for all locations where licenses and identification cards are issued.

Now, to the nuts and bolts of truth: Introduced by Representatives Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) and Jeff Flake (R-Ariz), met The STRIVE Act - Security Through Regularized Immigration and a Vibrant Economy Act of 2007. I listened to fred's show yesterday, between calls here and one man said that he operates an honor system, placing boxes of various DVD's, at stores and asks a dollar each and they can return them and trade for another disk.

The sovereign's should create a DVD and distribute it, in similar ways.

Houston-based KBR, formerly the engineering and construction subsidiary of Halliburton Co., has a contingency contract in place with the Department of Homeland Security to construct detention facilities in the event of a national emergency.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, spokeswoman Jamie Zuieback confirmed yesterday in a telephone interview that the KBR contract for $385 million was awarded initially in January 2006 for a one-year base period with four one-year options. It has been extended into 2007. KBR held a previous emergency detention contract with ICE from 2000 to 2005.

Zuieback told this writer the primary intent of the KBR contract was to build temporary detention facilities that could be used in the event of a mass migration across the border that required ICE to respond on a quick basis to an illegal-immigration crisis. Click here for more.

Of the 40% who use the internet, how many are die-hard Democrats...and how many don't care one single whit about politics...and how many are brainwashed, Statist Republicans?

Now consider what's left. The internet is not the sole answer. The Corporate Media are bought and paid for by Statists. "Boots on the ground" precinct-level work is a must.

Even if, by some miracle, Dr. Paul wins the Republican nomination, he will be castigated and smeared beyond belief by both the Democrats and the media. The
average American voter (who is largely ignorant of the Constitution) will act just the way they have for DECADES...as Sheeple...it will be 1964 all over again. That is, UNLESS people at the precinct level have been educated by other people, not by TV or computers.

Last week, the press was inevitably mocked as prudes and puritans as we turned our attention to a nice little Washington sex scandal. But even if the existence of the D.C. Madam should come as no surprise and isn't worth clucking over, that doesn't mean we have to shrug off every moral lapse and breach by politicians. It also doesn't mean, for one, that only Bible-thumpers have the right to be disturbed by the personal misdeeds of Rudy Giuliani or think about their relevance to the sort of president he might be.

Candidate Paul assigns reading to Giuliani

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Longshot Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul on Thursday gave front-runner Rudy Giuliani a list of foreign-policy books to back up his contention that attacks by Islamic militants are fueled by the U.S. presence in the Middle East.

"I'm giving Mr. Giuliani a reading assignment," the nine-term Texas congressman said as he stood behind a stack of books that included the report by the commission that examined the attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001.

Giuliani was mayor of New York when Islamic militants slammed two commercial airliners into the World Trade Center, a role that has vaulted him to the front of the Republican presidential pack despite his liberal social positions.
