Homeland Security offers details on Real ID
Hundreds of millions of Americans will have until 2013 to be outfitted with new digital ID cards, the Bush administration said on Thursday in a long-awaited announcement that reveals details of how the new identification plan will work.

As of this moment, my sentencing hearing is still scheduled for 9:30 a.m. this Wednesday, March 7. However, I have made a last minute decision that will change that. I have retained another lawyer to file a motion to dismiss which challenges personal jurisdiction.

According to Angela, Schiff's attorney has had the transcripts since early November 2006.
