Texas Has Just Passed A Law That Will Show You How To File Criminal Charges Against The IRS -- And Void Their Liens!

Special thanks to "Jared" in LA California for sharing this:

You don't have to believe us... just read the following LAW, and consider the "Notice of Federal Tax Lien" which is unsupported by a judgment from a federal court.

Yes, the Texas Legislature directed by Attorney General Dan Morales, in their attempt to immediately void common law liens, and liens by the "Republic of Texas" against the State of Texas and various officials have even provided within the code the court pleadings you need to void your IRS "Notice of Federal Tax Lien"; and even bring FELONY CHARGES AGAINST THE SERVICE AND THEIR AGENTS.

AND -- THERE IS NO FILING FEE! THE DEFENDANT CAN NOT APPEAR, AND THE JUDGMENT OF THE COURT IS NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL!

This new Texas law even defines your civil cause of action in State court against an agent who fraudulently files a claim against you. Your civil filing fee is $15 for asserting a claim worth at least $10,000.

Here are the tools you need to get out from under the IRS, and GET THEM EITHER IN JAIL, OR OUT OF TEXAS. Even the State of Texas knows that the IRS acts under fraud within their state.

Law and forms can be found at the following web site.

We already have this Unlawful Simulation of Official Notice in the N.H. Criminal Code, but when you report it to the A.G., reference: the Federal gov't operating illegally as by no RSA 123:1 papers on file, all it gets is dust! from their protection-racket!

The law that was "just passed", according to this post, was actually passed ten years ago in Texas.

Hint, Dan Morales hasn't been the attorney general in Texas since the 1990s and is just finishing his four year stint in federal prison for mail fraud and corruption.

NH hasn't got the BALLS to do something like this! God forbid they do something to Help People like Ed and Elaine!

This State's Motto is "Live Free or Die"

As if to Remind us all, Ed and Elaine are Living up to that Motto, and are Standing up for the Rights of all Citizens. To remind us of those very Words We take for Granted. The words "LIVE FREE OR DIE" and the Words of our Constitution, and the BILL of Rights.

Thank you.

Maybe Mike is really joey smith, or another government agent... or perhaps just another masochistic sheep, who enjoys being a slave to tyranny.

No actually I am NeoRayden Google that...

But for this website to post without doing its own research does does not give it much credibility.

I am all for what Ed is doing but... I am not one of those sheeple that believes every word that comes out of everyone's mouth. I investigate everything.

Now how much of this is really true... I am not sure of yet but I will keep investigating. But for this law to be around for ten years and for this site to post that it is new... is misguiding in itself.

Hey 10:24 Anon,

You still re-visiting here for my answer?

See http://www.state.nh.us and click on the Rules and Laws, then Browse and find N.H. RSA Ch. 123:1 for the exact wording.

The Secretary of State has NONE of this required paperwork from the Feds.
