Notary: The Highest Office In The Land

The office of notary, dates back, to the creation of the Roman office of scribe. Who, acted as a witness. Creating a record of proceedings and acts. And, maintaining the integrity of that record, as custodian.

When, the people of Israel, immigrated north, around the Caucus Mountains, and onto the land, now known, as Europe. They settled, onto one area, now called England. When, they developed their government. They, adopted the office of scribe, naming it, the notary. The notary, performed, the duties of scribe, recorder, commissioner and, eventually, justice of the peace and county judge.

When, democracy or commercial, corporate government, was created. And to give the appearence of law, instead of what it is, which is commerce. It needed a similar or facsimile of the office of notary. Click here for more.

This is the British-Israelism branch of the Christian Identity movement. Disgusting.

NEW YORK (AP) - An Internal Revenue Service agent has been arrested on suspicion of trying to find ways for himself and others to dodge income taxes.

Harry Willner, an IRS agent since 1974, was arrested Monday after a federal indictment charged him with corrupt interference with the administration of tax laws and willful aiding in the preparation of a false tax return. If convicted, he could face up to three years in prison on each of six counts.

In court papers, prosecutors said Willner engaged in the scheme while working as a revenue agent with the large and mid-size business unit of the IRS in New York.

They said he fraudulently tried to create tax deductions based on debts owed by an advertising business, NIA Advertising Inc., whose address was the same as his home in Fair Lawn, N.J. The government said he provided no evidence of a written contract or agreement to verify the debt.

Willner was released on his own recognizance Monday. His attorney, Robert Baum, declined to comment.

(AP) - More than 1 million pages of historical government documents _ a stack taller than the U.S. Capitol _ have been removed from public view since the September 2001 terror attacks, according to records obtained by The Associated Press. Some of the papers are more than a century old.

This is my proposed outline. I would ask for volunteers who are willing to help write the agreement, set up the trust and
provide the needed infrastructure in NH.

Million dollar challenge to prove to Ed Brown that there is a law requiring Americans to pay a tax on Labor.

1 A trust account will be setup to collect the donations for the prize, going to the first person to prove the law. In order of bond posting date

2 A list of questions, the contract agreement and rules of the game will be written and published along with a start date and an end date.

3 The agreement will spell out the arbitration process which will require the person proving the law to post a $10,000+ bond in case they lose. The bond will pay the cost of arbitration. Any remaining funds added to the trust.

4 Both parties will agree to a jury of 12 from a pool of 120 randomly chosen volunteers who will decide the outcome of the arbitration. An independent contract negotiator will referee the arbitration. Lawyers need not apply.

5 The entire proceeding will be video documented and there will be a clause in the agreement requiring a civil lawsuit if either party violates the agreement.

LOL! This gets funnier all the time.

Why is a bond now required? Why are the multiple questions instead of just showing Ed the law?

because you are to stupid and think you can just lie about the truth. you think your FAQ is law. That is how stupid you are.

Try this one. Define STATE, United States without using the words themselves or saying includes means things not defined. Such a simple task, yet you will find all kinds of word art and lies to make your answer. People like you need rules or America would have died long ago.

Poor "anonymous" thinks that Ed's $1 million is so weak, he thinks he has to obscure the challenge with 500+ additional non-questions.

Come on other, offer something besides poor thought. You think you can prove it, lets see ya, Any of ya, prove it. How will YOU twist the governments word art to fit your vocabulary. You sissy little thinkers are nothing but recycled unamerican garbage.

It is weak just like the one Irwin Schiff made. There are no rules and no way to win. If someone wants to play a game then give the rules otherwise it's just hot air.

And WHO are you to say anything. Critics like to talk but have little else.
