Update on the Browns, Feb. 26th
On Saturday, a group of about 15 supporters chartered a bus from the Free State Project's Liberty Forum in Concord out to Plainfield, bringing the Browns supplies and well-wishes.
On our last visit to the Brown's home, Ed told us that he sued the IRS in the year before the IRS took action against them. The implication was that the persecution of the Browns was in revenge for that suit against the IRS.

I don't think the IRS would have prosecuted the Brown's had they not broken "established" law. He may have put himself on their radar though. Wonder why he would sue the IRS knowing they would prosecute him if they knew of his failure to file?

A federal arrest warrant has been issued for convicted tax evader Elaine Brown, who violated a court order this week and rejoined her husband at their home in Plainfield, NH. U.S. Marshal Stephen Monier says he has no plans of engaging the Browns in any armed standoff.

Most of have been in your face defiant with the IRS. I personally have included form 8275 and tell the IRS I will not pay until I see the statutes. I tell them about the class action lawsuit, a few positions and ruling to justify my ZERO return and I tell them if they have the right to tax my labor they can just take it from me, they don't need my permission or voluntary assessment. I answer all their letters and file a zero return every year. If they try to say I have not filed I send them a certified copy of the return and the receipt of the certified receipt from the first time I filed it along with 100 pages of notes. They continue to act as if they have never received any response. I have filed FOIA requests for IMF, Returns and the like. No Response! I have written hundreds of letters to all officials with no response. What is their problem? They are unlawful criminal and totally out of control. I am Justified!!!!!!!!
