Elaine Brown has rejected the terms of her bail and returned to her Plainfield home, her husband, Ed, said last night.

Ed and Elaine Brown were recently convicted of a series of crimes related to her refusal to pay income taxes for nearly 10 years. The Browns contend that no law compels them to pay.

Ed Brown stopped attending their trial on Jan. 12 and retreated to their hilltop home, where he has said he is prepared to die before submitting to federal authority. Elaine Brown attended the duration of her trial and was released on bail until her sentencing hearing in April.

The prosecutor in the case, Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Morse, asked the judge not to give Elaine Brown bail during a hearing in January, arguing that she might return to her husband. But Judge Stephen McAuliffe ruled that she could live with her son in Worcester, Mass., as long as she submitted to electronic monitoring, never left the house unescorted, and did not go near her husband's home.

I sure wish MARGOT SANGER-KATZ would leave my friends and family alone once and for all!
Harassing them, trying to get info about me when she knows where I am and how to get in touch with me.
I am by no means interested in speaking with her in anyway due to her many past false reports.
Police reports may be filed by those being harassed if this continues.

Anthony,
Where can I reach you? I haven't been harrasing anyone, merely asking them for advice about how to contact you. My email and phone are very easy to find if you'd like to reach out to me directly.

People would have no interest to lie about being harassed. I respectfully reject any contact with you until it is very clear that you start being fair and get rid of the spin.
Anyone can twist things and sell alot of news papers but in the long run, being honest and having integrity is above all.
Good luck in your endeavors!
