Prosecutors ask Browns to forfeit property

CONCORD, N.H. --Prosecutors are asking a judge to seize the home and dental offices of convicted tax evaders Elaine and Ed Brown.

The Browns were convicted on Jan. 18 on tax evasion charges. A federal jury said they failed to report more than $1.9 million of income earned over eight years, mostly by Elaine Brown, a dentist.
