Positive Energy From Freetruth.tv

I too have had the overwhelming feeling that I am not the only one who holds a sense of honor and duty in defending our Nation's founding ideals of liberty and freedom as set forth in Our Constitution. I can think of cause none more noble than to stand firm, willing to lay down life in support of our right to truth and freedom for every American.

Strike one of Us down and ten more of Us will rise. Our cause lives true in the hearts of all free people. We know that our voice will echo through the halls of history, save not this generation, then another.

I agree that the information in the Secret is very critical thinking that needs to be folded into the Truth movement. Once you study the principles in this film, you will see that it is just as easy to manifest undesirable outcomes as it is to create our fondest wishes. It's a double edged sword.

It is one thing to awake and learn the truth, spreading it in earnest. But another entirely if we allow our thinking to be passionately focused on the image of dying for our freedom. While the notion is grand and brave, the Universe will heed our call and present the outcome of our most heartfelt feelings. Ask and ye shall receive.

Thus, our goal would be to spread the awareness of the problems we face while calling for a massive shift in consciousness intended to manifest our vision of a state of free liberty through peace and unity.

The thought energy we resonate to the Universe/God and return to us the objects of our true desire if we ask, believe and receive. We do this with our thoughts, emotions and gratitude. The movie the Secret has powerful lessons, that should allow us to manifest the true Heaven on Earth, as was intended.

As far as Ed is concerned... I am yet to meet or speak with him as I only learned of this whole thing on a random series of clicks from prisonplanet.tv yesterday.

I believe in our second amendment rights, but would personally not feel comfortable bearing a loaded firearm in a situation such as this. The principles for which we argue are more powerful than the weapons and of more worth than the material possessions and property. Our ideas and the spreading of them back to the people is our strongest ally.
In my opinion, supporting Ed and Elaine through peaceful means is the only way to implement the vision for which we are so willing to fight and die. Imagine 3000 people all camping out at Ed's, but NO loaded weapons, or perhaps no firearms at all...just the willingness to be arrested and jailed. That would send a better message than a shootout. A shootout plays into the hand of the enemy. It demonstrates to the sleeping that it's a "bad" idea to not pay taxes. It is more powerful to see video footage all over the internet of thousands of people being herded off their fellow American's land.

But... like I said, I just heard of this whole thing yesterday (reading many of the court documents and the history). So I am just wrapping my head and heart around how I can help. This is just my .02, as they say.

peace and truth

What kind of people are these? How do they live with themselves? Why is it that only a handful of decent and honorable people like Joe Banister and John Turner and Sherry Jackson have the guts to stand up and say "I won't be a part of this organized crime syndicate any longer!"?

How do they hire such people with criminal mindsets? What they do every day is covered in the RICO Act....it's organized crime, no different than what the mafia does in this country. Why can't we band together and demand our government prosecute them for their crimes?

Great Post

I often wondered about that myself

The essence of the Brown's defence lies with the Paperwork Reduction Act. Their has never been a valid Office of Management and Budget number on any 1040 form or any other I.R.S. form because they don't comply with the act.

Congress has stated that there can be NO PENALTY for not suppying information on any form that does not have a VALID OMB number on it. The OMB number can NEVER be valid and the I.R.S. knows it and have addmitted this in a court of law already.

Look up the Lindsey Springer case on his website penaltyprotestor.com.

Robert Lawrence almost got this defence in his trial, but at the last minute The I.R.S. and D.O.J. begged the court to dismiss all charges WITHOUT PREJUDICE. ( I guess they didn't want the cat out of the bag) His lawyer knew what he was doing and scared the crap out of the I.R.S. and the D.O.J. By the way everbody in these organizations know this.

Any I.R.S. agent or Gov. agent trying to coerse anyone into giving up the wages is committing a crime, resulting in harm to that person. Punishable by $10,000 and 10 years in jail for each offence. It's also a conspiracy charge if more than one is involved. We just don't have any honorable judges in this country. That's why the juries have to take over and judge the law as well as the case. Any law the jury finds repugnant, no matter what the defendant did, they can choose not to convict based on that alone.
That's why judges commit jury tampering with every jury they do not tell this to, and therefore they should be put in jail and have their assets ceased, see how they like being tratedas they treat others.

Also look up the UCC Connection by Howard Freeman an interesting history lesson.

If anybody from the IRS is watching this blog, it is for their amusement only.

"Imagine 3000 people all camping out at Ed's"

Hell, imagine if Ed could even get a dozen. ;)

Response:

Certainly it's more powerful, but we're talking about a man's life here.

Would it also be more powerful to walk the entire population one-by-one into a concentration camp? Power is nothing when we no longer exist. No, it is necessary to defend oneself.

Ed is right to defend himself, and those who choose to defend him in such a way are right.

If you choose not to defend him and you let them take his right to his labor (and then right to his life) knowing full well what they want to do, you're just like those that let the holocaust happen one death at a time.

Except of course for the "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's" part.

Ed is neither a hero nor a patriot; he is just another justly and properly convicted felon.

To the guy(s) who claimed he knew something about Caesar:

Wow, we've got some brainwashed DOJ and IRS people here.

Caesar was a dictator you idiot. He ruled as the sole sovereign in a republic. This is a contradiction in realities.

Contrary to your belief, ALL people are sovereigns. Not just a sole dictator or monarch.

Do you know the difference between a republic and democracy? Could you tell me what the difference is?

Do you think you're the property of a monarch? Do you believe that you're not sovereign? Whether you want to believe it or not, you are sovereign.

Are you afraid because it takes responsibility?

Have you watched the film America: Freedom to Fascism?

Be a man and start taking some responsibility for what you think.

I guess I am still struggling with the idea defending a position using violence.

No, I don't want to just "let it happen", butI also don't want another Waco-like situation.

I guess my point was more about the impact in the press of a dozen people bearing arms vs. hundreds of united citizens screaming "foul play". The first story gets major coverage and likely spun into a "kooky tax protester" tale. The second gets no coverage because it'll be a bunch of "hippies fighint the system".

Nobody says this is easy stuff. I am totally on Ed's side, but I think he would do more good alive, dedicating his life to the pursuit of this truth, then as a martyr.

For what vision are Americans today so willing to fight and die for? As far as I can see...It isn't any freedom here in this country(Iraq perhaps, but not here)...as it is being lifted from us at every turn...and nary a peep from the sheeple. ALL the "peaceful" demonstrations have been met with contempt and utter disregard for our core values. How many more of us need to be incinerated, exterminated by the cops, jailed, and made felons just for exercising our rights?

The people have let the government rule by decree. Asking the Gov't to obey the Constitution is like asking two wolves and a sheep to decide what to have for dinner! To me...it seems...at the very least...a show of force is necessary to commence any real action!

If Ed Brown decides that he will not defend himself, he will go to prison, and/or be assassinated. He will have no control over his future. To say that he will, is ridiculous.

In prison, Mr. Brown will not have freedom, and could easily be restricted from doing anything productive while he watches the world go to hell in a hand basket. One loses their freedom when they go to prison.

He wants to live on his feet (and die if necessary) rather than live on his knees.

No one will get freedoms that they are not willing to die for, and he making them force the issue. Remember, he's not going after them, they're going after him.

Not to put words in Mr. Brown's mouth, but I believe he is saying:

America, I am defending myself, because in order for the men to do it to you, they're going to have to come through me. The buck stops with me. I draw the line and those men who will choose to violate my (and our) rights will not do it again, to the best of my ability.

He cares so much about his children, wife, and friends that he's saying that he will defend them at all costs.

That's the best that any man can do.
