"County Sheriff Can Bust Big Bro" has utterly false and baseless statements
I completely agree that it is every citizen's responsibility to not only question government but to question what you read and people say. In that vein, I was interested when I read the article on your website:
"County Sheriff Can Bust Big Bro"
and the ruling of District court and the statement that:
The court confirms and asserts that "the duly elected sheriff of a county is the highest law enforcement official within a county and has law enforcement powers EXCEEDING that of any other state OR federal official." in Case No. 2:96-cv-099-J

Already established that this case was totally bogus; see older posts.
Whether or not the case was either: "dismissed on a joint motion" or "ruled in favor of the sheriffs" as it says over at www dot freerepublic.com/forum/a387ec3ea6413 dot htm it does NOT change the fact that the Sheriff's POLICY statement requiring the "identification of the chain of command" exists as over at www dot uhuh.com/action/sheriff/mattispol dot htm see also www dot uhuh.com/action/govltd/govsmall dot htm as I've indicated in my Reply #2262 on page 151 of last Sunday, Feb. 18th @ 07:26:05 PM at the forum.soulawakenings.com/index dot php?topic=3868.2250 that I sent in an e-mail invitation to Sullivan County Sheriff Michael Prozzo of Newport, N.H. www dot sullivancountynh.gov/sheriff/index dot htm on Fri.,Feb. 16 '07 @ 1:31 p.m. to maybe have Ron Paul witness his signing of such as like the Librarians against book-burning and violations against the 4th Amendment over at www.bordc.org/detail.php?id=345 Yours truly.
The Sheriff does have the Authority to keep Federal Agents in line with the Laws of the State, and the Constitution as well for that matter.
What I am unsure of mr. Tideman, is weather of not the Sheriff has the Authority to stop the Federal Agents from entering upon the Brown's Property.
If he does have this Authority, I would Naturaly assume that He then, Would be the one Obligated to take Ed into Custody.
If this is the case, Would the Sheriff then have the Authority to Hold Ed in his own JailHouse, Pending the Trial Outcome.
Sorry if I have more than one Question in there. I have done little/no research on the full Arresting Powers of the Sheriff.
To my understanding though, a Sheriff can in fact, Arresta Federal Agent within his Jurisdiction if need be, as well as a Judge in his district. (What I've been told) kinda thing.
another thing? Being the Sheriff of a County, doesn't that limit Jurisdiction to WITHIN THE COUNTY, for the Sheriff?
I Know that Federal Police Officers have Arresting Power in all 50 States. But how does a Federal Police Officer fare before a County Sheriff?
I guess that's the Question T.
Thanks alot -
Logic
Yeah it was bogus - it was bogus because evidence was not allowed into the court and the jury was not instructed properly.
But thats a regular occurance in the corrupt judicial system that is now in place.
Joey, if there's ever an uprising in this country I hope you are one of the first ones stepped on.
Joey's not worth Stepping on... It's much easier to Simply STEP OVER Him.
